Good hotel, meets the requirements.

It has a great location: in front of the access to geriba beach, close to a marketplace and restaurant (happy restaurant).
The rooms are dark, because they have only 1 light on top of the bed and dark wine walls, which makes it difficult to move inside the suitcase and arrange.
The shower is ok, but could be better.
The guesthouse does not provide water for guests. It is possible to buy at the bar (I don't know if it works 24 hours, but I think it does).
Breakfast is simple but enough, bread, ham cheese, juice (orange is excellent) and 2 fruit options. If you could suggest something for them: add yogurt, cheese and cheese bread and increase the variety of colds, such as cheese mines for example.
The pool is in the shade and under trees, so it is constantly filled with leaves.
The outside area has shower and foot wash, which is excellent.
The girl at the reception was great!
Overall: good cost benefit

Disappointing price-quality ratio.

Our experience was not good. The room was acceptable, but the inn does not provide basic items such as hand towels, shampoo, or conditioner.
The most serious issue was that the shower water was freezing cold. We reported the problem and did not receive a solution or an adequate response. We traveled with an 8-year-old girl who was cold during the stay.
Additionally, the location is quite far from the center and the best beaches in Búzios, so one relies heavily on transportation to get around.
We believe that the price is high for what they offer. They even charged us for hot water to prepare mate, which surprised us.
Unfortunately, the price-quality ratio did not meet our expectations.

Worst hostel of life

Worst hostel I've ever been to. Bad breakfast, no options and bad. Ugly accommodations. Superior you don't sleep because the gambas make noise on the lining. Bad bed, old yellow towels, air conditioning doesn't freeze much. Doors that don't close right. Lack of maintenance, cleaning and care. If I describe here everything that is bad will not fit. Piscine PODRE!! You can't get in and the employee said there's no one to go clean. Definitely not worth even for free!!

Dollars were stolen from inside the room

I stayed from December 18 to 30, 2025.
Be careful, I left in the room, inside a padlocked bag an envelope with $560 and they were stolen.

Alforria needs to improve.

Very friendly staff and privileged location.
Parking does not meet, few vacancies. Only 9 for more than 20 accommodations.
Weak spot: breakfast. Very bad, with few fruits, few choices of colds, no honey, no yogurt, very poorly made measured eggs.
Artificial juice is unnecessary. It does not have prices as low as the quality of the ingredients.
I appreciate improvements.
