Do not recommend the stay
When we got there, there was a big storm that caused the lack of light in the hotel. Unfortunately, there was a very long delay in solving the problem, which forced us to change rooms. Part of the hotel had light and the other part didn't. In the new room, our shower went short, which caused us concern and stress.
We also had problems with the television signal and with the wi-fi connection, which was indispensable for me as I needed to perform some tasks from work. I did, but there were some obstacles, because the connection was very slow and unstable.
Our biggest problem was on Wednesday, where there was a big staff party right next door in our room, in a barbecue area. I understand it was a special day for them and there was definitely reason to celebrate, but the noise was really very loud, which happened late. Then we became aware that it was possible to change room again, to avoid the stress of the noise, but this was not offered to us.
Breakfast is delicious, but there are few options and it is common that the dishes and cutlery are not clean, which seems to be careless with hygiene.
A curious detail was feeling the hotel empty and, in a way, abandoned, even in such a busy and festive time.
I do not recommend the stay, until the managers of the hotel change their attitude and really seek not only to please the guests, but to offer a comfortable and excellent service.

Adoramos...voltaremos!!!
No nosso caso, férias com tudo perfeito, nos sentimos em casa. Hotel simples, rústico mais com um atendimento fora de série, desde de a recepção (Roberta), á secretária dos afazeres (Dona Flora querida), o dono do hotel(Marcelo) sempre muito presente e solícito.
Bora lá as informações importantes:
Localização previlegiada, á esquerda praia dos Anjos e Porto, á direita Prainha, na rua de frente saída para Praia Grande. Ficamos 6 dias sem tirar o carro para absolutamente NADA, além do que...quando decidimos ir á Monte Alto (quiosque da Andreia) o Marcelo deixou a vaga reservada na frente do estabelecimento para quando a gente estivesse de volta conseguisse parar com comodidade (pra nós ATENDIMENTO É TUDO NESSA VIDA).
Tem posto de gasolina de frente, supermercado de frente, pelo menos umas 3 farmácias de frente, ao lado da rodoviária, ao lado do ponto de táxi, escola de mergulho, aluguel de Buggy e todos os outros passeios.
Restaurante não precisa se preocupar porque o "Água na Boca" fica dentro do hotel e tem todos os tipos de pratos. Café da manhã até 10hs, almoço até 17hs então isso já resolve metade dos problemas.
Somos surfistas adoramos a localização e fizemos tudo a pé sem o menor problema.
Resumão de tudo gente, pra quem está numa vibe bacana e tem em mente apenas curtir seu passeio da melhor forma possível, tudo fica agradável.
Com certeza voltaremos e recomendaremos!
