We had difficult communicating with the clean crew, we asked several times for towels and they didn’t know who was the responsible person for it. Also tv won’t work cable service was cut out.
Keys always had difficulty to read and we had to replace several times. They changed us for the 3rd person in our room but wasn’t prepared for that, no extra sheets or towels for the 3rd person and the bed for the 3rd person was not appropriate to the charges.

Flooded room, neglect and damage...

I booked a suite at the Comfort Suites Alphaville, managed by CSA ANORA SPACES, through Booking.com. What was supposed to be a peaceful trip turned into a nightmare.
Upon returning from a trip, I found my room flooded, my things overturned and the owner, Mrs. Tuise Carolini Guerreiro, with hotel staff moving through my belongings without authorization.
I was shocked by the lack of professionalism, empathy and respect from CSA ANORA SPACES. The company did not bother to offer me support during the crisis, nor to repair the damage caused by its negligence.
I share my experience so that other travelers can be aware and avoid this company. If you are looking for safety, good service and respect, avoid CSA ANORA SPACES!

Good property, but this unit is not part of the hotel that also operates in the building. the front desk could not help with various items, including complaint about neighbor room smoking and cigarette smell coming into our unit, requesting soap, toilet paper, etc. We were required to contact someone via text message to ask for toilet paper and were told they did not provide and we had to purchase our own. Towels were also not changed unless we paid for it and were told it had to be paid via a local money transfer (I dont have a local bank account).
The property overall was good, but wish they would not be cheap on these small items (toilet paper pack cost $2 at the supermarket).
I highly recommend booking a room with the actual hotel (Comfort Suites) instead of Anora. Its the same room, but comes with the service you expect when traveling, as well as a front desk who can assist, no extra charge for parking, towels, room service, cleaning, etc.
