Excellent.

Excellent hotel, wonderful breakfast and super polite and attentive reception. The parking service, although outsourced, does not leave to be desired.
The only thing that botheres me is the garbage cans don't have caps, not even the toilet.

Care making all the difference!

Exceptional service, breakfast above average - variety of breads, cakes and fruits, but the rooms disappoint, in addition to old and deteriorated, there is even room to handle luggage, leaving much to be desired.

Disappointing Breakfast

Old hotel, well located next to the Confiança market. The room is OK, functional. The big disappointment was the breakfast. Very few options and nothing very tasty, for the daily price charged, I expected more. There are better options in Bauru.

Good cost, but quality below expectations!

Expensive parking for those staying, no priority and lack of staff to assist. Vehicle can only be stored by the valet. At night the queue even invades the street, a very annoying thing!
Check in at 2pm without paying attention to the reservation. Informed that we would arrive before 2pm, at 3:30pm they were still cleaning rooms and trying to add an extra bed, so we had to spend almost two hours at reception...
Good breakfast, but with partial replacement, as the hotel was full. Orange juice tasted like old fruit, but the rest made up for it...
Management needs to look more carefully at the organization.
I wouldn't go back to this hotel after this experience...

I really liked it

Very good hotel!
It perfectly meets the expectations of those who need to spend time working in the city of Bauru.
Very good breakfast, very complete.
Very polite staff and excellent location.
Returning to Bauru I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
