Wonderful service!!!And the unforgettable breakfast!!!I recommend!!!Dona Isa, her Antonio and family are impeccable. It is a little bit of your house in the Valley of Vinhedos!!!The location is very good, close to the wineries and restaurants. Worth the experience.

Canyon to relax

What a nice place... Do you know that Inn you feel at home? Everything very clean, scentful, delicious coffee, all made with much affection for Iza. We went to celebrate my birthday and she gently and affectionately made a special chocolate cake for me!!! Ps: her cake and divine, I ate every day that chocolate...
I recommend!

Delightful family guesthouse

For a few years now, the inn has been my destination every time I go to Bento. It is a simple but extremely welcoming environment, run by the family who live in the same house on a lower floor than the bedrooms. The accommodations have excellent mattresses and pillows, gas shower, air conditioning and television, making them very comfortable. The breakfast deserves a separate evaluation: delicious items, most prepared by the owner, such as jams and grape juice, with the rest from local suppliers. A true culinary experience of the Valley. It is very well located, on the same street as several wineries such as Casa Valduga, Marco Luigi and Larentis. I highly recommend it for those who like the family and colonial vibe without giving up comfort.

Incredible!

A simply perfect place!! great rooms, impeccable cleanliness, incredible breakfast with many options (including jams made with fruits planted by the owners of the place) and wonderful service! Very very well received by the owners Antonio and Dona Iza. Privileged location, very close to the main wineries and restaurants in Vale dos Vinhedos (Casa Valduga, Vinhas Carraro, Osteria del Vale, etc.) We will definitely stay there again!

Clean and cozy accommodation

We stayed in the family room, as it is the only one that accepts a baby. The room is very spacious, cozy and clean. The bathroom too! But they are single beds and the "double bed" is the combination of 2 single beds without even a pillow top, so there is that very uncomfortable gap in the middle. The breakfast is simple but delicious with items that you can't easily find elsewhere, such as homemade jams (some with fruit from the property) and even kefir yogurt.
What bothered us were some of the owner's attitudes, like at breakfast when my husband was feeding our daughter she started asking if it was going to take a while because there was a schedule and so on (which wasn't the case in the past), as if we I had gone for coffee late, but they asked what time we would like coffee and agreed to have it at 9am (I believe they put it much earlier because the juice was hot). And on the day of check-out, when it was 11am, she entered the room with us inside! The door was ajar, but obviously there was no way to enter without permission. And we were already finishing putting things in the car and she knew because of our movement, so I found it a very embarrassing situation. I would go back because of the location and accommodation, but I wouldn't go back because of these embarrassing situations.
