Excellent experience

Stayed two nights in October 2025.
Very good room, very good breakfast. It is a hotel from the 70s/80s, but we left very happy. Excellent location 3 blocks from the beach and opposite a small shopping area that has a Carrefour. Very good mattress and with very good shower with good water pressure. It has a pool. Excellent value for money, for two nights we pay less than 75 usd
I recommend it.

Non-existent cleaning

We stayed for 11 days, the room those few times it was cleaned, it was towel change and 1 time washed the bathroom in 11 days, sink and dirty mirror, the room never washed, yellowed sheets, bed never made properly, most of the time he hung the sheet below and the one above folded and resting on the bed, so I had to do it myself, the waitress spent time on her cell phone instead of working, we gave him 10 euros tip to entice her to do better, minimal and decent breakfast, very small restaurant room and often only standing places, restaurant staff very attentive and helpful to what was missing from the buffet. Disappointment

Poor hotel, we arrived in the early morning, with two reservations, had no room, my daughters stayed in a room without light, the other day put in another room, but did not open the door, my daughters stayed in the room with us, besides being old, and smelling bad.

Comfortable and well located hotel, but with a few points to improve

The hotel positively surprised me, especially considering the critical reviews I had read. The room I stayed in was quite spacious, with well-preserved furniture and an excellent view to the beach. The bathroom had a strong jet shower and hot water, which made the stay even more comfortable. The breakfast was good, although it could have been a little more varied.
The location is another strength — you can walk to the beach, there is a Carrefour right in front and several restaurants nearby.
As downsides, I highlight the absence of free parking (the car needs to be left with the hotel manager, at the cost of R$ 15,00 per day) and the cleanliness of the pool, which could be better.

HORRIBLE

Bad in every way. Old room, no food options in the fridge bar for situations where we arrive from late travel, bad state of preservation. I arrived in the morning of the 16th to 17 to 01:40hrs and would leave to work at 7:30hrs. Between 2hrs and 5hrs simply did not have the slightest sleeping condition because the noise of the air conditioning that stands outside the window was absurd. I contacted the reception who informed that nothing could do at that time. I sent a message via whatsapp in business hours, I was not answered. I arrived at the hotel at 20hrs again, requested the room change and again said that they could not make a badge because there were no maids. I called the central, explained all the facts r, again, did not worry at any time solve the problem. Tomorrow I work again and I'll have to go through it again. An absurd disrespect to the client. I do not recommend it under any circumstances. Mancha coffee poor in options and hot salad.
