A pleasant surprise! Don't promise but deliver a lot.
For a long time I haven't stayed in a hotel with the satisfaction I had at Riellis de Botucatu. Despite being simple he enchanted me in the quality details and good taste that I do not see in hotels anymore. The room is new, mattress and enxoval complete are new and quality. Spacious bathroom and box, great shower. The only thing that left to be desired was the soap offered that is in combination with the amenities (shampoo and conditioner good quality and size ) because it is so thin and small , that my husband could not use on the body because of the discomfort of not being able to hold . But nevertheless, the hotel has a very nice, beautiful and modern cafeteria, with a
Tablet on each table to make orders. Cardápio gourmet . Items we ordered were very tasty. Breakfast is on the top floor, but there is an elevator. I was pleasantly surprised by the options offered. All of good quality and tasty. Very well organized and great appearance, with replacement of items. Detail that had a small cup of dishes , to have a little coffee ! Generally I don't like to drink only the coffee in big cup and never have available in hotels. I was very happy! The taste of coffee tb delighted me that I went to ask what was the brand! Quick and solicitory checkout and check-in services. Garage available at no cost. I saw it has an attached beauty salon, but I did not use the service. In the breakfast space also works a restaurant specialty Iberian food. I liked to eat there, but it will stay for the next opportunity. Very quiet and safe location. I recommend to those who need to stay in Botucatu. We will definitely return.

Accused of smoking, but I'M NOT a smoker.
Bad experience! At the time of check-out I was accused of smoking in my room, but I am not a Smoker. The assistant took the plastic of my Trident and informed that it was a pack of straw cigarettes, and that he found cigarette straw in the room and that they smelled cigarette in the room. (maybe the smell may be from my imported perfume). I offered to check my bag to see if they found a cigarette or a lighter and went further, offered to do a blood test for nicotine! (I also asked my lawyer for guidance) For when asked about the cleaning he said that he went through a conference, but I am NOT a smoker, and I respect the choice of each. In my company, I also conduct awareness campaigns about the consequences of smoking.
I believe that the service staff needs training on how to deal with guests, or how to ask customers questions so they understand that maybe they might be wrong, and that the guests are actually customers, especially to fit into a 3-star hotel. Alias on google has other questions about the hotel... there is a difference in not smoking in the room and not smoking, remains the tip for possible questions and learning.

Price far above hotel standard
Very poor cost-benefit ratio, hotel with price far above the standard offered. Spacious room, but without any extra comfort, with standard equivalent to an Ibis Budget, bad soaps and shampoo only. Breakfast reasonable, but nothing very special.

Assessment Accommodation
Best hotel in town. Staff hospitality, excellent mancha coffee. Comfortable room, soft bed, pillows too. Super Indicate the stay at Hotel Riellis. Easily located and has several amenities in the complex, such as Cabelereiro, Restaurant and Cafe, in addition to covered parking.

We went to a family confraternization in Botucatu, we stayed with another 12 people staying in this hotel. Since the check-in took 1 hour to be done, we exchanged in the room of a familiar so we did not late for the appointment. When we entered our room, of the same category and value as we had entered,.....surprise....a room quite smaller, barely passed by the side of the bed next to the window, the curtain was loose in the middle, bad room! The value of the room should not be the same as the other room, since one of the differentials of this room level is the size
