Speluca de hotel

I was staying in this trash for two nights to attend a convention of the company I work for.
In these 3 days spent, my room was never cleaned. If you want some maid entered the room. Bed untouched every time q I arrived in the room (around 22 hs), garbage in the bathroom, no replacement of towels and soaps. A horror. After the first night I complained about the lack of cleaning at the reception. The receptionist confirmed that it would be clean and it wasn't. He also said that the hired governanta would only allow wardrobes to clean the room if the host puts the plaque in the room authorizing the cleaning. Wouldn't the correct be the opposite? Place the board only when the host does not want to be disturbed.

Regular experience

Our experience was not very good. We had problems with parking and the breakfast was very weak. Very medium hotel. It's been so much better.

Terrible, weak and messy hotel

The hotel is awful and poorly cared for, the rooms smell mold and when I was staying started an event on the 10th floor (one above my room) the 5th of the day!!! It was an absurd noise, even after complaining at the reception nothing changed!! I raised 05 of the manha. I spent the day and could barely work..
