This guesthouse needs GRAND improvements as soon as possible. I arrived at Cabo Frio at 11:00, and the check-in would be at 14:00, the reception employee offered us to store our bags and said that we would have a bathroom to change clothes and go to the beach, so that we do not have to stay so long waiting for the cleaning of the room. We followed the recommendation of the same and went to the beach, we returned at 15:00 and to our surprise the room had not yet been released, we waited another 20 minutes, the employee apologized and said that the staff was disfigured, passing the 20 minutes the room was finally released, but with a reserve, there were no towels, the same employee of the reception went by motorcycle to the laundry to look for them. When I entered the room I stumbled upon the sheets full of stains, yellow and red stains, it seemed that the sheets had only been stretched and not properly changed, the pillows had no pattern of fry, 2 of them were of white fry and one of yellow fry (all very improvised), and the whole mirror was stained. At the same time that I saw the situation of the sheets address me to the reception and requested that it be changed, the girl who cleans the room was very polite and said that they were having problems with the laundry and that I would change the sheets, but had a chance of stained again, apologized and made the exchange and for our luck the sheets were clean. Air conditioning and ceiling fan BEM noisy. At the reception there are two games of couch the covers of the pads DURY and with a lot of bad smell, people arrive from the beach with wet clothes sit and lie down on these sofas, and they do not make the change of the pads, corridors and stairs very dirty. Another thing that needs to be reviewed is the profile of the guests the guest house receives guests from excursion and from the booking(what my case)which I found very uncomfortable, children running through the hallway talking loudly, there were people naked at breakfast.
I stayed by booking and 5 days cost me R$2,000,79 (me, my wife and daughter). The breakfast space is quite small, there were days that we had to wait a few minutes to have a table available, the food is cleared and there was one day that I saw a hair in the sausage sauce, I believe it is from some host. Those who stay by booking have the right to order hot mix, tapioca and natural orange juice. Another thing that left me very shocked was the quality of the breakfast vessels, extremely precarious, the old and stitched cutlery, the cups were old glass but all scratched from so much use, size of them 60ml (well small), the dishes without any pattern, some large others small, some glass others of plastic, and for the juice disposable cup. The TV from my room did not work any day, always without a signal, in the window improvised a mine curtain that did not cover the sunlight, curtain that needs to be changed as quickly as possible because it is torn and all dirty. In front of the guesthouse has a distributor and there are days there has pagoda, and my room was turned to that distributor, we arrived from the beach wanting to take a swim and didn't have as due to the show of pagoda( Usually it was from 17:00 to 20:00). The structure itself of the guesthouse is not bad the place only needs a better administration is to be better visited, tour guests and the booking has completely different profiles, guarantee that the tour guests did not pay the same amount as me. My expectation was to have a standard booking stay and not a standard tour.
To the employees I note 10 especially to Heberty always polite, charismatic and helpful! I think they should have better working conditions for them, it was clear how they were gracious when something was questioned.

Horrible. I hope I never come back.
Awful place, awful service. Employees in their majority of bad mood. Employee staying in the coffee shop, totally unworked. If you want to go to a place that will be badly served, it's right there.llllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll

I didn't like it.
I didn't like it. People who work in the hostel are not polite, provide information with difficulty. They don't meet the demand. The breakfast arrangement is bad and the tables are not enough for everyone. Coffee has no variety for diabetics. Basically all sweet. The woman who organizes throws her arm in front of the guest with disrespect, to prevent entry into the coffee area. The rooms are tight. There was no toilet paper. We ordered and took the whole day to deliver. Tight bathroom. The box doesn't close.
If you are looking for organization, quality and respect, do not look for this guesthouse. At this price you will find a better place.
The only thing worth it is the location, which is 2 blocks from the beach.
I'm not coming back.

Checkin era pra ser feito as 14:00 chegando às 17:00 e o quarto não estava pronto,ficamos até às 18:10 esperando pro carro ser liberado,pedimos pra fazer uma limpeza no quarto e colocaram o lençol super sujo
