Bad experience at Hotel Morro da Saudade — do not recommend!

This was my 5th time in Morro de São Paulo, and unfortunately Hotel Morro da Saudade was by far the worst accommodation I have ever chosen on the island. Since the arrival, the service has been extremely poor — the staff seem to always be in a bad mood and show no preparation or cordiality.
The facilities are extremely old, everything very old and poorly preserved. The rooms have a strong mould smell, with infiltrations in the walls, outdated furniture and yellowed beds, literally breaking apart. The net was stained with mold, and the bed came with just a thin sheet covering the mattress, something completely inappropriate.
The bed linen was stained, the air conditioner didn't work, there was no safe in the bedroom, face towels or hair dryer. The shower stand inside the box was broken, the bathroom dirty, and the towels are only changed every 3 days, which is absurd for a beach site.
The breakfast was also disappointing: few options, hard foods and looking old. I found cups stained with lipstick and it was hard to find a clean cutter, many were with food, badly washed.
It makes no use to be one of the largest hotels in the region if it delivers such a bad experience to the guest. Disappointing. Morro de São Paulo is an amazing place and does not deserve such careless service as that of Hotel Morro da Saudade.

Hotel does not provide face towel and carpet, has no amenities, has no bed linen besides the sheets and pillow with bad smell. A lot of noise in the hallways and foreign conversations. The bathroom windows are on the side of the hallway where many people pass, little privacy. Do not help with the bags (even pregnant 8 months). Breakfast is tense, dirty, little variety, neither fruit had the right (I as a pregnant woman) I had to ask for banana to eat at the meal because neither had it. Dirty tables, glass, dishes and dirty cutlery. The poor toaster, I don't think it's been cleaned since they bought it. Anyway, I don't tell anyone.

Hotel does not offer the basic, has no blankets for guests, has a schedule to request blanket, has not requested and is cold, you will be cold!
I had requested the blanket, was in my room, the maid went there and picked it up, I went to pick it up again, it was after 5:00, I could no longer. Collected without permission and when I went to pick up back I still had this problem.
Rest in the hotel, impossible, noise 25 hours, everything the guest next door does, you listen.
And neither do the employees respect the silence hours.
Reasonable breakfast.
