Surprisingly good
You surprised me favorably. Well-preserved hotel, spaciousspots, luninous. Wide corridors, kind and attentive staff. Very good breakfast. Very good restaurant. A special mention to Braga, manager. Careful, vigilant.

Mediating hotel, but still one of the best in the region. Daily cost in relation to what it offers
Unfortunately, the Camaçari region and neighboring cities have a very poor hotel network, making this hotel one of the best options.
The hotel itself is not bad, having as positive points:
- Good location, with easy access to one of the main avenues of the city, standing next to a shopping center.
- Closed parking, large and free.
- The price of the fridge bar items are very good, the example of a water (cup) cost R$ 1,50.
- Breakfast is relatively good, with good choices of hot and cold foods as well as fruits, etc. Coffee and hot drinks are picked up directly in the machine and are tasty.
The negative points are:
- Hard bed, which makes sleep a little uncomfortable.
- Bad bath, because the shower is poorly dimensioned, throwing water everywhere, making it difficult, including the dosage of the temperature.
- The wifi is pretty bad in the rooms.

Bad Experience
My stay was regrettable. I will make a point of informing the company responsible for bookings that the hotel should not be considered a viable option. Despite daily complaints, I did not receive adequate attention. The manager, instead of resolving or minimizing the problems, was rude and insensitive. He promised, but didn't keep it, choosing to end the conversation when I suggested a more friendly solution.
Complaints include the lack of hot water, dirty rooms with smelly curtains and a lot of dust, side supports of the bed serving as a can deposit, dirty floor, clogged basin and a door that doesn't close, among other obvious problems.
The manager's behavior was disappointing, revealing rudeness, arrogance and a lack of sensitivity. Your attempt to fight, combined with unfulfilled promises, demonstrates a lack of professionalism.
The restaurant has expendable sousplats, and the lack of trolleys for changing rooms or transporting suitcases is unacceptable. The staff, more busy with their cell phones than helping guests, fail to provide a pleasant experience.
In short, my stay was a terrible experience, marked by a series of failures and the team's complete lack of commitment to solving the problems.

Very poor service hotel, despite the cordiality of the staff, the internet is terrible, not very flexible for early check in or late check out, broken amateur ice machine, requests are not attended to in detail, such as a canned drink comes without a straw or glass, the restaurant requires you to place the order and wait at least 30-45 minutes without allowing you to order beforehand, and so on. And they say it's the best hotel in the city.
Simple but problem-free accommodation. Quiet air conditioning but the windows let in a lot of noise from nearby bars. I couldn't upload the photos because the internet is bad.

Bad service
The hotel has a good structure, but the service left a lot to be desired. I was working at an event in the city and arrived at the hotel at 3 am. I tried to sleep, but I couldn't because the air conditioning wasn't working, the attendant said she would fix it and 30 minutes later she hadn't given me any feedback, she simply forgot. I had to go down to resolve it, I had to borrow the fan from reception.
The next day the air was working, but the control didn't work. It was very cold and there was no blanket. I requested one and she informed me that she could only provide a blanket at 7 am.
In short: I had two terrible nights.
I have never seen such bad service.
