Experience note 10!

Theme rooms, wonderful view. The lodging takes place within a large barrel adapted for a room. All very well planned. An excellent large and comfortable bed. Wonderful shower. Breakfast served in the room on a combined schedule. A breathtaking view of the mountains!

Enchanting experience

Beautiful place, the chalets are extremely comfortable, clean, charming and full of details.
In addition to having no complaints, the Inn has a differential that I have never seen in other accommodations: the owners invite you to a "cheeses and wines" with them and the other guests, where in addition to offering the event as a courtesy, they provide a wonderful, lively conversation and we still have the opportunity to get to know more closely these people so kind that care about every detail of your accommodation.
I highly recommend! And I will definitely be back!

Motorcycle trip to Monte Verde, and we were privileged with this place

We were surprised by the beauty and location of this guesthouse, very good accommodation, excellent service Patrícia and Laura, that place you will definitely return to, it's a shame there is no restaurant there because the place deserves it!!! I hope they set up a restaurant open to the public

Terrible service

Very beautiful guesthouse but the reception staff are terrible, Laura is the receptionist's name. We were at the inn looking to stay but there was no availability... we took the opportunity and asked just to meet, with a view to considering our return at a future date, but the reception employee Laura informed us that we couldn't meet because we weren't guests, she was very rude Even though we were two couples, we found her lack of politeness absurd, because we rented the house from the owner of the inn because there was no space available at Villa Barro and she ended up arranging the house to rent it to us. We just wanted to check it out for the next opportunity to rent. We are still impacted by the receptionist's attitude
I hope it reaches the owners, Dona Dirce and her husband, who by the way, we got to know him when handing over the house key, very friendly and polite. The inn is beautiful and wonderful... a talent... much more very beautiful, however, the employee is terrible, very rude.
