Very clean and in great condition, really seems brand new. Well designed modern room, big bathroom and shower. The lobby and restaurant area are quite impressive with high ceilings. We left too early for a flight so didn’t try the included breakfast.

Cancelled our reservation to meet another guest who did not have a reservation
Very poor service, I made the corporate reservation which the event ENEB 2026 partnered with the hotel Slaviero, reservation made with Mr. Gustavo Zamboni (event group analyst at the Slaviero Prime Campo Grande hotel). Upon arrival at the hotel the host was informed that there was no reservation and with a voucher in the hand proving that it was booked. On the day the reservation was made I asked if I needed a card for warranty and was informed that for this event partnership did not need. It was this partnership made, leaving the guest in hand and unreserved, absurd. I do not recommend this hotel for lack of professionalism and indifference.

Lack of professionalism and respect
We had an extremely disappointing experience with this hotel.
The reservation was made approximately one month in advance precisely because the hotel had a partnership with the event the guest would attend. After a long trip, arriving at the hotel around 23:00, with several bags and without any support from the staff to help with the luggage, came the worst surprise: at the reception was informed that the reservation had been canceled.
The worst thing is that there was never any prior notice about this cancellation. In addition, the hotel did not offer support to find another accommodation and did not show concern to help resolve the situation, even given the late night hours.
The next day, we found out that the reservation would have been cancelled to accommodate another interested guest. This is totally unacceptable and demonstrates a complete lack of respect for customers.
There is no warning for those who want to stay here: even with a confirmed reservation, there is apparently no guarantee that your accommodation will be honored.

Lamentamos sinceramente a frustração relatada e entendemos o transtorno que uma situação como essa pode causar, especialmente após uma longa viagem.
Gostaríamos, no entanto, de esclarecer que a reserva em questão não possuía garantia de no-show. Conforme informado no momento da reserva, no voucher e em nossos canais oficiais de venda, as reservas sem garantia permanecem válidas até as 18h do dia da chegada. Após esse horário, na ausência de comunicação do hóspede solicitando a manutenção da reserva ou de garantia de pagamento, o sistema realiza o cancelamento automaticamente, conforme nossa política de reservas.
Ressaltamos que a reserva não foi cancelada para beneficiar outro cliente, mas em razão da aplicação dessa política, adotada de forma isonômica para todos os hóspedes.
Ainda assim, reconhecemos que toda experiência pode ser aprimorada e lamentamos que nosso atendimento naquela noite não tenha correspondido às suas expectativas. Seus apontamentos foram compartilhados com nossa equipe para reforçarmos nossos procedimentos de acolhimento e orientação.

Slaviero Prime: modern and comfortable hotel with breakfast below expectations
My experience at Slaviero Prime was positive in many respects, especially considering that it is a recently refurbished hotel, with very new and well-maintained facilities. Still, there are important points that need to be considered in the choice.
The hotel features a modern standard, with a renovated and pleasant atmosphere. One of the great highlights is the comfort of the beds and bedding, really above average and ensuring an excellent quality of sleep. The location is also very good, making it easy to get around the city.
The rooms, although new and well-maintained, are smaller when compared to other hotels of the same category in the city, especially the Deville Prime Campo Grande. And here comes a relevant point: the price is equivalent to Deville Prime, which naturally raises expectations and makes comparisons inevitable.
Breakfast is the main point of attention. Although it meets the basic, it is significantly weaker than the direct competitors, both in variety and overall quality. For a hotel that ranks in the “Prime” category, it is less than expected.
In the attention, there is a clear contrast. The reception staff is attentive and efficient, giving a good first impression. On the other hand, in the breakfast lounge the service leaves to be desired, with less cordiality and attention to guests.
Thus, the Slaviero Prime is a good choice for those who value comfort, new structure and good location. However, considering that it practices prices similar to more consolidated direct competitors, it loses competitiveness at important points, especially in room size and, especially, at breakfast.

It's nice enough and nothing wrong with it but some little details could be improved: they were unable to provide an iron/ironing board (apparently had none in the whole hotel) and there is constant music blaring in the corridors day and night which is not nice when trying to sleep at night.
