The best combo!
Almost every year we spend a few days in Campos do Jordão and we really rank as the best option; the best cost-benefit; “the best combo”!
The location more than perfect, after all is in the best corner of Capivari.
From the receptionists, waiters, maler and, most importantly, the monitors of the kids area make this hotel the best option.

Broken elevators, disrespect to the elderly guests!
Days that could be happy turned into a big mess at Hotel Estoril in Campos do Jordão.
I traveled with my family, being my father, a gentleman with almost 80 years of age, cardiopath and with movement problems. The elevator of Estoril 2 (where my father made the reservation) broke, my father had to use the staircase, became unbalanced and hit his head on the wall in addition to hurt the hip, with this there was a change of the room, being relocated to the second floor of the Estoril 1 building, however the hotel dishonestly did not warn us that the elevator of that building was even more unstable (we later learned that it is a residential elevator that turns off intermittently when heating), then the next day was turned off and to transport the elderly or disabled was manually operated by the staff of the Hotel itself with all sorts of risks. Without knowing all of this, we were trapped more than once, and I witnessed a 84-year-old lady with super scared bengala, after being at least 15 minutes trapped in the elevator with her son and my sister, the hotel staff operated the elevator that stopped well below the ground floor level, creating a very high step, so that they improvised a staircase so that they reached the ground floor with the danger of the elevator door closing.
My father also had another accident coming down the stairs, hurting his knee.
To conclude, at our last breakfast, the coffee machine seemed to have broken and there was a flood of the whole breakfast lounge.
In summary, despite the good location and the fact that it is a traditional hotel in the city, the truth is that we paid very expensive and we had a lack of information, respect and lack of treatment due to the needs of the elderly and disabled people.

Antes de sua chegada, todos os hóspedes com reservas para o período foram devidamente informados de que o hotel passava por obras de modernização, incluindo a construção de um novo elevador, e de que o elevador em funcionamento poderia apresentar restrições de operação. Tais informações foram comunicadas, justamente para que os hóspedes pudessem avaliar a conveniência da hospedagem, especialmente havendo pessoas com mobilidade reduzida no grupo.
Diante da indisponibilidade do elevador no prédio Estoril II, nossa equipe prontamente ofereceu a alteração do quarto, alternativa que foi apresentada e aceita, demonstrando nosso empenho em minimizar os qualquer dificuldade e acomodar as necessidades de sua família.
Cumpre destacar, ainda, que os fatos relatados ocorreram no primeiro e no segundo dia da estadia. Não obstante, sua família permaneceu hospedada até o sétimo dia, usufruindo normalmente das instalações e serviços do hotel — hospedagem, café da manhã e demais comodidades — sem que qualquer reclamação formal fosse registrada junto à nossa recepção ou gerência durante todo esse período.
A manifestação de insatisfação ocorreu somente no momento do check-out, ocasião em que foi solicitada a devolução integral dos valores pagos, tanto do quarto ocupado pelo hóspede idoso quanto do quarto ocupado por suas filhas. Com todo o respeito, entendemos que o pedido de restituição integral não se mostra compatível com os fatos, uma vez que: (i) as informações sobre as obras foram prestadas previamente; (ii) a alteração de quarto foi oferecida e aceita; e (iii) os serviços contratados foram integralmente utilizados durante os sete dias de estadia, para todos os hóspedes de ambos os quartos.
Sem prejuízo, e como demonstração de boa vontade e consideração, permanecemos à disposição.

Better location
My stay in Campos do Jordão was simply perfect. The hotel exceeded all my expectations in absolutely every aspect.
The breakfast is fantastic! Extremely varied, with many salty and sweet options, all very tasty, fresh and appearing to have been prepared with great care. You can see the quality in every detail. Without a doubt, one of the best breakfasts I have ever tried in hotels.
The location is also a big difference. The hotel is practically within the center of Capivari, the best region of Campos do Jordão. Just leave the hotel to have access to the city's top sights, restaurants, shops and attractions. It's all very close and extremely practical.
The bedding is of excellent quality, very comfortable, and the cleaning is impeccable. Everything always very organized, fragrant and well taken care of.
Another point that deserves to be highlighted is the attention. All staff are extremely polite, friendly and attentive. Their sympathy is natural, light and welcoming—it makes all the difference in the experience. I would like to leave a special thank you to Mr. Noboro, from the reception, an extremely polite Japanese descendant, kind and helpful, who welcomed us with a lot of affection and attention.
Honestly, I couldn't have chosen a better place to stay in Campos do Jordão. It was a wonderful experience and I will definitely come back.

Bull's eye Campos Location
The hotel is exactly in heart of Campos sourrounded with all amenities and pedestrian area just across the road full.of bars and restaurants with larger than usual accommodation rooms and a delicious breakfast with a variety of choice and very welcoming staff to make your stay pleasant.Highly recommended!

Hotel needs to change the elevator.
We stayed in this hotel from 25 to 28/11/2025. We have stayed a few times in this hotel, mainly due to its location. The hotel is located at the corner of the two main streets of Campos do Jordão. The room, breakfast and lunch are good the problem is for the elderly, disabled, baby carts and chairs since the hotel elevator is constantly out of use and the guests have to use the stairs to access their rooms.
