Pleasant and welcoming experience in the heart of Campos do Jordão

Location:
Excellent and privileged — we hardly use the car during our stay. The hotel is very close to the center, in a well lit and busy street (in the best sense).
Breakfast:
Wonderful! Varied, tasty and always well served. The coffee collaborators were extremely friendly and attentive, making the mornings even more pleasant.
Structure and amenities:
The possibility of purchasing items at the reception was a practical differential that I loved. The room is spacious, cosy and very well distributed. I just missed a large mirror (essential to us, women ) and a little bathtub.
Points of attention:
The acoustics of the hotel allow you to hear the footsteps of other guests on the floors and stairs. Despite this, the overall experience was excellent and very positive.
Summary:
A cosy hotel with excellent location, friendly staff and impeccable breakfast — definitely a great choice for those seeking comfort and practicality in the centre of Campos!

Extremely old, no maintenance, yellow-stained sheets, burned...
Clean mud bathroom, shower and rusted tap, very disgusting!
Excellent breakfast.

A LOT OF NOISE!!

Room with a cracked and moaning ceiling, bathroom with bad smell, fridge without water inside, completely empty, room without air conditioning, just with a temperature equalizer, which is useless!
We had to sleep every day with the door of the bag open, but we could only sleep after 1am that was when the movement decreased, all taken with poor contact!
Location and even good, but the structure and infrastructure are bad!

URGENT REFORM!!!

The hotel has a lot of problems. The main thing is the bad smell of the bathrooms. I speak in plural because besides the bad smell of the bathroom of the appto, the bathroom of the reception that is next to the cafeteria tb smells bad. The bad smell of the bathroom of the apartment contaminates the room tb. All the hotel furniture is in bad condition. Breakfast is limited to two hours: from 8:00 to 10:00, but at 9:40 hs there are no dishes, cups or glasses. There is no telephone in the rooms and the staff is reduced. The staff even try to be helpful and attentive but the poor state of maintenance of the hotel, impossible a positive review by the guests.

Great accommodation option

For those who are going to stay in the hotel just to sleep and have breakfast, it is an excellent option.
If you are looking for luxury, better look for other options.
Pros:
- Well located, close to the center of Capivari;
- It has parking. If there is no vacancy, the hotel has a convention with two parking spaces next door;
- The room we stayed in, has a heater that took care of the message;
- Assistant employees
Cons:
- Wi-Fi didn't work well
