Accommodation with excellent location

This is the third time I have stayed at Toca das Bromélias. I continue to think it is an excellent accommodation option in Campos do Jordão. Simple place, with good breakfast. Near downtown. It is possible to do everything on foot.

Bad structure

I arrived with my wife in the hostel for a holiday stay and we were placed in an extremely small room. The houses and roofs were quite old, tiny television and the wooden floor full of holes, not to mention the smell of mold and the mud on the walls. We requested room change and we were placed in another a little bigger and that had no holes in the floor. But the mobs were as old as the previous one and smelled like mud. The breakfast has virtually no options, basically it is bread with colds, cake and banana. Even the coffee and the milk were cold! As positive points, it has the garage of easy access and the optimal location of the guesthouse.

Place where I would never recommend

Guest house that the only good thing is the location, but q is not worth it, because the place does not offer any positive point, breakfast coffee without options, dirty room, old furniture, I was placed in a room where the floor was of wood, and between them there were holes, where I refused to stay, dirty bathroom,

I had a great stay. The owner is very accommodating, the breakfast is OK, the location is excellent and the room very pleasant and spotlessly clean. I would stay there again and would recommend to family and friends. Thanks for a great stay and excellent service.

Simple and small

This is a small hotel located in Campos do Jordão, with a limited number of rooms. But even been so tiny, it was noisy especially because most of the rooms are placed near the breakfast area or the fireplace room where the guests need to pass through to go to their rooms. The wooden floor makes it even nosier. The hotel has a great location and you get to the city’s main attractions in no more than 10 minutes walking. The staff was awesome and was always willing to provide the necessary support. The room I stayed was small and had a heater machine that was necessary considering the average night temperature was around 5 degrees Celsius or 41 Fahrenheit. I would expect cleaner bed sheets and blankets. Breakfast is just ok and the free wi fi doesn’t work perfectly inside the room I was.
