There is a lack of care in the conservation of the pool water and the breakfast needs reinforcement in the team, they can not return to time the finished items.
No plus is a great option, very well located and the service team is very attentive!

It got worse

I always come here, this time I chose to stay 10 days and I was very sad! First because they charged an extra value for my father being that I had informed before that I would pay one part and he another! At the time of the collection they made the full collection for my father and returned only one part to him, according to the hygiene of the pool! Only on the first and second day the pool was clean, on the other days the pool was blurred! Another point is the breakfast always missing things! The staff are super helpful, caring, but completely lost by a lack of management! The owner just shows up to see the money and nothing else!

Quiet, Clean and Absolutely Charming

Absolute charm and cleanliness in this adorable pousada in the heart of the city. Small parking for visitors. Neat exterior (clean alleys, varied plants), choice between shade and full sun around the pool. Swimming pool in excellent condition, super clean, large (at sight it must be 20 m by 8m + a shallow beach of 5 by 5m), showers. Room: all bearing an Italian name instead of a number for more charm, simple but effective interior, with everything you need for a stay essentially outside. I must emphasize the quality of the bedding and pillows, as at home. Great service: present at all times but discreet and tailor-made, to make us feel at home.
Breakfast very generous and quality.
Only downside: for non-Brazilians, it is impossible to book other than by Booking.com (for a direct reservation, you must give your Brazilian CPF (equivalent to a social security number) that you do not have).
I warmly recommend this property and thank them for their exemplary welcome in every way.

They are crooks !!

They are thieves! I booked at this establishment with the cancellation and full refund option. I cancelled my booking on time and they still charged me! Of course no response when I try to contact them (phone, WhatsApp, email) !!!! Don't go to them !!!
