Beautiful days at sea

We stayed at the property for 3 nights and we really liked it! A special thanks to Sami, as she was very friendly and helpful with us.

Privileged view, comfort and relaxation

Great location, as it is at the end of the avenue, providing privacy on the beach. Very spacious room, comfortable and with hydromassage. It caused a problem, but they immediately agreed. Varied cardboard, fair price and quality. There's a rooftop where the restaurant works. The internet works well.

Beautiful structure, disappointing service

We chose the Carlore in Taiba, especially the hydro in the room, which was part of the experience we were looking for. Unfortunately, it didn't work in either day. We received unsolved information (energy failure, fuse, energy again) and, although we understand that unforeseen things happen, there was no solution during the stay.
What most frustrated us was the service at breakfast. We were greeted sharply (“what do you want?”), there was an excessive delay for two tapioques in a virtually empty salon, one arrived cold and the other didn’t even arrive (and we still felt uncomfortable when requesting cancellation). I repeat that the care of this employee (unfortunately I do not remember the name) was what left us most upset, because the same made it a matter of making us uncomfortable and with free aggression.
When asked about late checkout and again about the hydro, we received contradictory information between employees. Only in the end another collaborator resolved the situation with more cordiality and apologized.
I recognize the attempt to mitigate what happened, but for a hotel that proposes to offer a differentiated experience, the service needs to be consistent.
Unfortunately, I would not return.

Fujam from the restaurant

I did not stay
I went to the restaurant which is open to the public:
Unfortunately the worst experience possible.
The attendees were asked, however, the lack of organization of who manages is clear.
The dish took over an hour and a half
To be ready.
A table ordered eight hamburgers and returned them all. The other table returned the fish.
Two tables gave up.
I literally paid to see how far it went.
Common beeeeeem food.
Giant delay, with detail that the restaurant was "empty"
It gave the impression that the kitchen was without people or without material.
Expensive food is common. It's not worth it.

Restaurant with poor service

I only tried the restaurate which has a beautiful view and an excellent potential, however the service is quite poor and the kitchen is of medium level.
