Incredible experience
We went to celebrate my wife’s birthday and it was an excellent experience. The place is breathtaking, super welcoming, well cared for, wonderful food and the attendees Paulo, Victor Manuel and Thiago provided a service of excellence!!!

Vacation on the beach
Fantastic hotel with excellent staff with special emphasis for the Alifer that accompanied us both in the pool and in the dinners. Competent and attentive person who deserves all my attention

- Rooms are decent but very damp, however they forget to mention that the garden-side pool rooms face the road. Very noisy.
- The restaurant offers varied meals, but the service is slow.
- The pool is dirty.
Very negative point: 90% of the staff only speaks Portuguese. Very difficult to make yourself understood because they do not speak English at all.

Quality decline
I was in this hotel 3 years ago and what I noticed was a quality drop!
Feeding still very good.
However, I noticed the following problems:
1) cleanliness of the pool became desirable, I found a bottle lid ready to hurt the feet
2) The air conditioning making a lot of noise and did not manage to arrange
3) In the toilet was constant smell of stools.
People are still very polite.
