The hotel restaurant is wonderful.

After four months, we had the opportunity to return to the Advanced Business Hotel in Cuiabá and it is very good to be able to say that the breakfast experience remains at a high level. As soon as we arrived, we were again received with a lot of cordiality. The staff is attentive, friendly and always ready to help, keeping that care that makes the guest feel really welcome. The organization of the environment remains impeccable. Everything very clean, well arranged and with constant replacement, showing that the standard of quality was not something punctual, but a consolidated practice of the hotel. Breakfast remains a big highlight. The variety follows excellent, with fresh, well-prepared options that please different tastes from fruits and breads to cakes, colds and quality drinks. Coming back after a while and finding the same standard, or even better, further strengthens trust in the service. Without a doubt, Renee Restaurant is committed to excellence and remains a great choice in Cuiabá.

Bad experience

Unfavorable overall experience. The service team needs better training, as they have shown little politeness and care in dealing with the customer. In contrast, the breakfast and lunch were good.
As for accommodation, the room was not cleaned in a few days and had maintenance problems. In addition, there was a lot of noise on the weekends, caused by residents performing renovations, which significantly impaired the rest.
