Paradise in Porto de Galinhas

Our stay at Pousada Butiás in Porto de Galinhas was simply unforgettable — undoubtedly the best family trip we’ve ever had.
Porto de Galinhas by itself is an exceptional destination, but the experience in the hostel has taken everything to another level. The structure is complete and thought out in the smallest detail to provide comfort and practicality. We stayed in an apartment with two separate bedrooms, both with air conditioning working perfectly, besides living room and kitchen all very well organized and cozy.
The service is impeccable. All staff are extremely polite and attentive. A special highlight for Robson, from the reception, who was super kind, helpful and gave us great tips during our stay. The maids are simply sensational in addition to the impeccable cleanliness, still left loving recadets wishing a good stay. It was wonderful to come back from the beach and find the apartment clean, organized, with the rooms closed and the air conditioning already on, leaving everything fresh and perfect.
The breakfast is excellent, with everything very well prepared. The guesthouse also offers a great structure foot in the sand, with care on the beach of very high quality the boys are very attentive and efficient.
The environment is of pure peace, tranquillity and tranquillity. The pools are beautiful, the views are amazing and the place really looks like a paradise on Earth.
We have absolutely nothing to complain about, just thank you for such special days. We left delighted and we will definitely recommend Pousada Butiás to everyone we know.

Excellent location, very good structure, spacious apartment 314 with microwave and refrigerator. Lack of attention to decoration. Breakfast serves, although there is a lack of care in the preparation of some dishes. Room cleaning team led by Edna is very good and fast. Beach staff also always present to attend. They need to change the beach chairs. All very old. Negative point.

Great hostel

Excellent cost-benefit, excellent service, all staff very polite, located foot in the sand (true!). The facilities are not current, but well preserved, comfortable with spacious rooms. Staff of maids always make decoration using the bath towels and face, much welcoming. Congratulations to the entire team!

Not returned belongs

I would like to express my indignation because I forgot a shoe in my room. The next day I realized, I contacted the hostel, which enrolled me, saying I was not able to get in touch with the person responsible for cleaning and doing little case. I practically begged for help, because I had no other shoe to travel, but I was not given any more attention.
I felt disrespected and somewhat stolen.

Beautiful house!!! The real gem!

We stayed 5 days, the guesthouse is very cosy, amazing pool, walking in the sand. The front sea is open, so it's not so quiet, but it's beautiful!! The beach is almost private, only those who stay there pass. You can walk to the natural pools of Alto do Cupe, but to the center needs a car (but it is close). The food is ok, don't wait long, the price is fair. Gentle and friendly staff. My room was super new and clean, and no smell of mold or moisture, but I don't know how about the others.
