Certainly one of the best in town

Great choice in Goldenes. Room and spacious bathroom, large and comfortable bed. The location is very good, there is parking. I couldn't try breakfast. The service was very good and the internet worked at good speed. I think it's one of the best hotels in town.

A bright mind is an oily forehead

Super appreciated hotel. It offers nothing but other hotels with better prices. The noise for those staying in the interior apartments is awful. Prefer the rooms facing the street.

Arapuca, it's not what it looks like.

The hotel is super decadent. The sheets were exchanged for much lower categories were cotton and now is a mix of this with tergal. The pillows are impossible to sleep, because they are either too high or too low and old. In relation to the bathroom is without maintenance, especially the little showers next to the sanitary vases, get to be disgusting. Not to mention cleaning the cloth that cleanses the bathroom floor, private is the same past in the sink and in the whole room. Hygiene: Zero. Abajur broken. The restaurant at night is precarious and with absurd prices. I don't understand why this hotel has this rating.I don't comment on the gym and the pool. The only thing that is excellent are the staff, extremely kind and sought-after. While the owners have a mix of petulance and ignorance that make them caricature.

Worn out hotel

I had to die paying 700 reais for a double room for me, my wife and my children. Horrible beds with tired springs, no one could sleep, old and worn out bedding, not even my children were able to sleep properly. It was once a very good hotel but time took its toll. It would have been better to go home and sleep at home than to pay 700 reais in one night. I don't recommend the hotel for families.

Primeiramente muito obrigado pelo feedback, porém estamos tristes por não terem tido a melhor experiência! Nosso hotel possui algumas regras e uma delas é que crianças acima de 6 anos são pagantes, acredito que seja por este motivo o valor da diária. Com relação a estrutura sempre estamos à frente do nosso tempo para proporcionar o melhor ao nosso hóspede, inclusive é revisado constantemente pela nossa equipe de camareiras toda a estrutura do quarto! Qualquer dúvida pode estar ligando diretamente para gestão!
Desde já agradecemos.
