Our favorite hotel in Canasvieiras

We repeat for the fifth time this hotel in which we feel at home. This year with the pleasant surprise of a larger and more comfortable pool. Excellent, hearty and rich breakfast. Thank you to all the hotel staff for making our holiday unforgettable. Thank you, thank you, we will be back in 2027

HOTEL CHANGES ROOM TOOLS EVERY 2 DAYS

Hotel does the towels change every 2 days, that is, you dry for 2 days with wet towels! In addition, all the care is carried out by foreign people, who simply can not communicate with us in a cordial way and not so little let us argue for basic things, such as the case of the towels! There is no warning on the reservation regarding this absurd towel exchange, I've never seen it! You dry for 2 days with wet towels, because the hotel cancellation to change. They said it's their standard!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND IN HYPOTHESIS ANY!

One after another...

We stayed 1 week in the hotel. The first nights they did not put the mattress cover that allows to join two beds, it was not a double bed but 2 joined and we had to claim to put it, but still the beds were separated.
On 2 occasions the maid entered our room while we slept.
We were told that the towels were changed every 2 days and the sheets every 3 and none of the changes were made, we both had to order them and still did not make them at the first request.
After the mattress cover was installed, they did badly and the beds separated, so again we had to say that it was the third night that we slept badly.
The toilet in the room did it wrong and did not shake the sheets, one day we even had to make our bed before bed, because of how bad it was.
Worn towels, about to be broken and sheets stained.
Finally, on the last day the air conditioning failed.
I highlight the location which is good and close to everything. Also breakfast was ok. The pool good, although dirty because the filter was not working.
Faced with the problems we had, I sent mail complaining and asked to speak to someone in charge, but they simply did not answer my mail.
