Excellent hotel facing the best beach
The hotel is on the northern part of the beach of the English, a beach of several km extension, wide and very clean, without seaweed, with firm sand excellent for walking.
It has 4 floors with rooms with different views, ours with side sea view.It was a Studio room with double bed and single bed, armchair, small table with chairs, balcony with another little table, cable TV, kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle and kitchen utensils.
Wifi throughout the hotel. Outdoor pool. Sauna with large jacuzzi at no extra cost.
Direct departure to a large beach with umbrellas, chairs and tables included.
Beach bar and restaurant. The restaurant serves breakfast and dinner buffet style with good quality and varied meals. Dinner desserts are delicious and changing them. I came back with a few extra pounds. The restaurant also operates à la carte for those who want lunch or who want dinner and did not hire half board.
To get to the hotel from the airport I took an uber that took an hour and cost me usd 18. I also used it to go to other beaches and it is very economical.
The hotel staff is very friendly both at reception and in the restaurant.

Excellent stay
Excellent from beginning to end. Very clean hotel with extremely polite staff. The only negative point is that the TV was not smart

Good family hotel, great beach location, neighborhood not attractive at all
Very good family hotel, great beach location
This is a very good hotel for families. The rooms are suite-style, which makes traveling with kids much more comfortable, although the furniture is quite old and the rooms could use an update. Breakfast is included and is varied, with a good selection, and there is also a restaurant on site, which makes everything very convenient. The hotel is located right on top of the beach, resort-style, with beach umbrellas and chairs available for guests, plus a swimming pool.
That said, in my opinion the hotel feels more like a three-star hotel rather than four-star.
Pros:
• Very clean rooms
• Friendly and helpful staff — special thanks to Marcio at the reception, who was especially kind and professional
• Excellent beachfront location. The beach is narrow and can get quite crowded, but the water is great for swimming
• A pharmacy and a supermarket are just a few meters away, which is very practical
Cons:
• The neighborhood is not very nice and is quite different (and worse) compared to Jurerê
• The location is far from most attractions, including downtown Florianópolis and shopping malls
Overall, a good option for families looking for a beachfront, resort-style stay, as long as you are aware of the location drawbacks.

Holiday hotel to relax and enjoy
Nice pool, unfortunately disturbed by current construction work nearby, safe environment, good care on the beach, good breakfast, very attentive staff..the room service is always very good and clean. The distance to the busy center is 20 min. Walking distance a little far away. There are only welcoming restaurants nearby for me.
