Care that goes beyond the lodging: A team with heart
Our experience at Carppa Hotel was marked by the caring and exceptional attention of the kitchen staff. Sandra, she leads a team of fantastic women who have made no effort to welcome my family.
A special thanks also to Andrea, Zeudilene, Maria and Antonieta. It is clear the professionalism, dedication and heart that each puts in what it does. Thank you for making us feel so well cared for and at home during the whole stay!

Bad place
The place has no room service, nor anything, there is no bar service in the pool, if you want to drink something you have to go to the reception to pick up, and you run the risk of your drink came in a garbage bag as my came, pessima receptionist who attended me, with arrogant face, the only thing that saves there is the Romário staff who served us very well, small rooms, bad bathroom and shower, dirty water reused, I do not recommend this hotel. Only for enemies. Beautiful place in the photos plus the horrible service. And the phone you call at the reception doesn't work. Thank God I could change a hotel, otherwise my trip would be a caus.

Good, but it can improve
Affordable price, but I found the room very small, and with little lighting. Few options for breakfast, not to mention the kitchen is on the top floor and has no elevator, you need to climb the stairs. In general, the service is good, if you are lucky to catch someone kind, because the first attendant who received us left much to be desired, did not explain much and was not very willing to help, and our room was without cleaning for 1 day because we did not know that we had to leave a light signal for the maid to enter and organize. Overall I found it good, but it can improve a lot in these aspects.

Good, well located, close to the beach.
I arrived around midnight, I was very well received, my room was on the ground, the coffee of manha had regional options, and tapiocas, omelettes and wafles made on time, the cleaning was done daily, all receptionists and staff all good people nothing to complain about, the room the air very cool, the room I found comfortable, the location is good, there are supermarkets, and close to the av. beira mar, there are pharmacies, nearby restaurant, close to the dragoo center of the sea, central market tbm, for those who go shopping nearby, but from the dawn of the fair, they have towels to use in the pool and tours just ask in the reception, andei the night I felt safe, in the reception folder has to order meals and I will hire tours, good hotel, he has no elevator but believe that it is only if you have poor mobility.

If you are a couple and have no disability or physical mobility, it is a very good hotel.
The hotel has a good location (1km from the landfill of Iracema beach) and the staff are very polite, helpful and attentive.
The hotel makes a "promotion" of not charging the stay of minors under 5 years old. The problem is that these children are absolutely ignored, because they should sleep in the bed of their parents and no towel is placed for them (they must be requested at the portion).
In the case, it was me, my wife and our daughter, 3 years old. Given that the room is tiny, the stay was well damaged.
The shower is terrible. Little water and no pressure.
The hotel does not have an elevator and breakfast is served on the fourth floor. Whoever is a chairman or carrier of some restriction of movement, is without the coffee.
In the pool area (which is also on the top floor), there is no bathroom.
