The staff was a little slow and not very welcoming. They took a while to greet us and get our check in. Other than that, the stay was fine.

Excellent service, but cleanliness and maintenance leave much to be desired

I would like to record my disappointment with the stay. The positive point is exclusively for the attendance staff, who were very attentive and polite during check-in. Unfortunately, the experience stopped there.
As I climbed up my floor, I found the hallway completely dark, with no light running, which caused a feeling of insecurity and neglect with basic maintenance.
Upon entering the room, things got worse:
Cleaning: The floor was visibly dirty.
Bed hygiene: I found hair on the sheets and pillows, which is unacceptable.
Bathroom: There was a very strong and unpleasant odor coming from the ralo/sanitary, making the environment unbearable.
It's a pity that such a good staff team has to work in a building with such serious hygiene and infrastructure problems. I do not intend to return until these points are resolved.

Decadent hotel, hallway of the mezzanine where we were placed was unclean with bird stools, at night there was a bat in the hallway, we arrived in the room and there was a huge "toast" in the infected toilet vessel, broken door and lanes, showing the lack of zeal. A lot of noise in the hallway and upstairs. Very troubled breakfast, ok type low-level guesthouse options, all the cakes were horrible solados. Thank God it was just one day.

I do not indicate !! Lack of respect for hosts

Bad experience, I had stayed in it a few times and it was good. This time, the cafe was very bad, I had problems with the parking already late at night and the employee only denied me the solutions, made a call to the owner of the hotel that said that I could look for another hotel even being with diaries paid in advance. Poor experience and worse the care of the hotel owner who did not have respect or empathy with the host / customer. No indication!!
