Beautiful little hotel on Futuro beach

We stayed only one night in this cute hotel. And everything was perfect! Great location, just across the beach with all infrastructure. Breakfast is great. Next to hotel there is crocobeach, couple of other great beach clubs, we found Churrascaria 5 mins walking.
But the best part is the decoration ! Loved every detail
People working on reception didn’t speak any English, but were very helpful. Let us park the car on their parking place for free (normally you should pay)

Just one common Inn

Inn has a good structure, half style "zen" I stayed in it by the description of what is a botique hotel ( takes more care of the well-being, than the number of people ) however, it was not exactly what happened, upon arrival 13:00 informed that we could not go up yet to the room because we would still have an inspection so far ok, normal we went to lunch ... We're all back ok apparently. But at the time of the bath the shower water did not heat it at 20:00 there was no one to solve, besides our shampoo dispenser was empty (big inspection) and only 1 roll of toilet paper by half.
The Inn restaurant which operates until 22:00 , at 20:30 refused a request because the kitchen had already closed .
There were other things that were not the responsibility of the hotel, like people arriving early in the morning making noise us corridors, and a graduation party in the tent in front of the 5:30 da.morning on Sunday.
Anyway, good structure for an Inn, but far from being a boutique hotel.

WE STAY ON THE STREET WITH A BABY AT 11:00 PM

WE STAYED ON THE STREET WITH A BABY AT 11pm! Upon arriving from Jeri around 10 pm, with my two-year-old son and my husband, at the Malai hotel, they checked in, and payment had already been made 100% before we even entered. THEY DIDN'T FIND THE KEY TO THE APARTMENT. They looked around, went after the copy, waited almost two hours, with my baby sleeping on my lap at reception. They informed maintenance if they could open the door, MAINTENANCE REPORTED THAT NO, reception tried to contact the manager and the “owner”, both, without success, TOTAL DISREGARD, with a couple with a baby at 11:00 pm, with paid daily rates and they just wanted to go in and rest. To arrive at 11:30 pm and press and the reception informs THERE IS NOTHING TO DO, I DON'T HAVE ANOTHER ROOM, AND THE ONE IN YOUR RESERVATION WE DON'T HAVE A KEY, in other words they were unable to make the apartment that I had reserved on booking weeks in advance available. . I had to stay in a hotel next door, which luckily had space. As we have suitcases and a baby, we preferred not to go any further away, as the surrounding area is quite deserted and appears to be dangerous. I have a tour scheduled for tomorrow that I will have to cancel, due to the hotel's total negligence. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I was robbed at the hotel

Be careful when staying at this hotel.
I stayed from the 4th to the 7th of January and had a hair product stolen from my bag.
I realized what happened when I arrived at the other destination of my trip and went to use the product.
They removed the product, a repair oil, from the packaging and topped it off with water.
I have friends who have been through similar situations in other hotels and unfortunately I was also robbed in this way in Malay.
The hotel management got in touch, apologized for what happened and offered to recover the amount, but to date I have not received it.
It's very bad if you pay for something, think you're safe, that you can trust the place and have your things rummaged through and robbed. Good thing I locked the valuables in my suitcase. If they steal tip repair oil, imagine the rest… disappointing!
