No accessibility and bad service.
Hotel without accessibility, to enter only staircase, stop who has accessibility problem, depending on the pathology can not enter if it is not loaded.
Bad service, I do not remember the name of the receptionist who served me, bad service, gross, every hour I was playing in the face that the daily had no coffee, instead of offering and asking if I would like to buy the breakfast from the hotel.
Due to the roughness of the receptionist I did not purchase the coffee, but I saw that the time is horrible, usually the coffee in the hotels starts between 6 and 6:30 a.m., there the coffee is only released at 7:40 a.m., until 9 or 10 a.m., for those who have a scheduled tour, where transfer is sought around 7:00, people will simply stay without breakfast.
My room air conditioning was with a very loud noise, I complained, the poorly polite attendant said that I would already call the technician, I waited more than 3 hours and nothing, said that there was no other room to change.

The location is even good, old hotel, no maintenance, with holes, no accessibility.
There's a fridge bar in the room, but it's not filled, it's turned off, if you want something you have to buy at the market or go to the reception.
If you are going to leave your things at the reception, there is no trunk, this if you arrive earlier or have to leave before you leave, the belongings get all mixed up, there is no control, high risk of picking up your belongings.
Not recommended, there are other better options in town.

Good cost benefit
We spent the Reveillon with family and friends, we felt very much the lack of a bar in the pool, we rented the barbecue but there were no dishes and glasses, a stove was also very needed.

Very weak
The location is good, close to the restaurants of the center. The price is good, cheaper than the rest of the region. I was expecting a simple place, no luxury, but it was worse than I imagined.
Very weak hotel, very simple. If what you are looking for is price, it will meet you. Much more in consideration than the hotels in the region. But as there is no miracle, the hotel delivers very little.
We booked a two bedroom flat with living room and kitchen. Upon arriving there was no room, only an improvised kitchen in a hallway. According to the hotel the Booking that places the photos and then sent the accommodation to another type of accommodation. The photos that were available on my booking were not from the same flat that I was placed.
In the double room there is not even a hook on the wall to hang clothes. Yellow comoda smelling mold. I didn't have the courage to use it.
Breakfast with few options, disposable plastic glasses, bed linen smaller than bed that left us sleeping directly in the mattress every day, has no mattress protector. One of my children's sheets was hollowed. I asked to try to exchange for another bedding and they exchanged 6 for a half dozen.
The drinks are kept in a freezer at the reception and we have to pick up ourselves, the fridge bar is not a replacement. All right, but on a certain day there was no water without gas, just with gas.
We ordered a delivery one day at night and our apto which was a flat with kitchen did not have a cup. And the microwave didn't work. We decided to eat in the pool area and was dirty, with a face of abandonment.
To complete the frustration I forgot a shirt and a hat in the bedroom closet. I missed them right afterwards and sent a message asking them to check. They said they found nothing.
