Comfort and cleanliness, staff note 10

I had a great stay at the Novares Hotel. The environment is very cozy, the rooms are spacious, comfortable and extremely clean, demonstrating the care of the staff with the guests.
The breakfast is wonderful, with great variety and quality products, meeting very well the expectations.
But the big difference of the hotel is undoubtedly the attention, cordiality and education of the staff. All are very helpful and do everything possible to make the accommodation pleasant and quiet.
I recommend the hotel for those looking for comfort, cleanliness and a service of excellence. I will definitely come back at a next opportunity!

Location, cost benefit, spectacular breakfast

Location, service and price. Excellent bed, room with enough space, good bathroom, great shower, a spectacular breakfast, with up to pamoney, and variety of fruits, and the care of the whole team very cordial. There is still has charger for electric car at no cost. Super Indico

They have trouble arranging the room

The hotel is excellent for a day only, as the room cleaning management is the worst possible. If you are absent from the room as usual, on your return your room will still not be arranged, the storers argue that they have up to 17 hours to do the arrangement. If you are going to stay only one day in Goiania is an excellent option, but for more than one day prepare to get stressed because your room will not be arranged.

Cost good benefit!

It is a good hotel, the bed is good, the room is reasonable, and does not have a good location. However, I like the breakfast, it's excellent. It has a good cost benefit.

Bad service

My biggest complaint is about breakfast, we arrived at 9:30 for coffee and there was no place available to sit, we were waiting without problems, but when we were able to accommodate we asked for things that were missing in the buffet the girl said that she had already given time from 10:00, so simple...without any consideration by the guests.
