Very good. Excellent service, very clean.

Good facilities, bed with new sheets, towels too, very clean, super attentive staff, satisfactory breakfast. Only two points of improvement: shower and air conditioning, but still solve.

The drain in the bathroom was clogged so we ended up with a wet bathroom floor. The hotel has a policy of only issuing one electronic key even when there are multiple guests, inconvenient. One of the air co dirtiness was not working. The extra blanket in the closet smelled of dampness. The staff was not friendly or courteous. When we asked for help with a taxi they said they didn’t do that.

Escape this dirty and decaying place

I didn't even know there was such a bad hotel like this. Check.in without any sympathy and no explanations of anything, people seem totally dismotivated from working in this decadent place. Old room, air with unbearable noise out the dirt, dirty bed linen, lipstick and cushioned, fluffy and fucking pillows. Beds with holes and uncomfortable. The bathroom leaking water all over, old and horrible shower. Breakfast a case apart, of terror, all dirty, the chairs of the dining room tear, no bread had, and the only attendant said that “wife Maria was going to see if found bread “, outside the butter won two months putting at risk the health and who is staying there, case of sanitary surveillance and police . To sum up escape from this decadent place that has the courage to say it is a hotel!!! Horrible!!!

Constructive criticism

Antipathetic attendees to the point of neither greeting the guests nor even during the checkout when I witnessed some guests being kind and thanking the accommodation. Unfortunately, they seem to work with a hate of having to be on the spot. No cordiality witnessed in the period we stayed with a group of 30 people. I do not intend to go back there because of the antipathy of the workers. Another fact is that one guest asked if they had seen a thermal bag at the reception. The receptionist and another boy very hardly said that not appearing to be glued to the chair was when another employee arrived and heard the request there asked the boy to look in another room. I was there. The poorly educated people
