It was supposed to be perfect, but there was one detail

Positive experiences
* being a smaller hotel, it has an intimate proposal, with a strong feeling of exclusivity. In the person of the receptionist Fabrício, I would like to extend my thanks for the helpfulness and welcome of the entire team. Cordial and helpful from beginning to end. Great mattresses and pillows, and an impeccable breakfast, the hotel is always well-maintained with a new look.
Negative point
Only 1, and very relevant in my opinion. They put a person in the hotel reception to sell those travel and accommodation loyalty packages, a person completely lacking timing, evasive, to the point that my wife wanted to leave through the back doors of the hotel so that we wouldn't be approached by him every time we passed through the lobby. Totally unpleasant (I'm going to use this word to remain polite)
I don't know what kind of return this type of person brings to the hotel, but he managed to throw away all the work that all the employees had done to build the positive points I mentioned above.
If it weren't for this person approaching the guests at the reception, the hotel would be a perfect 1000. The hotel is not mine, but if I may offer a humble opinion, I would reconsider this strategy, as I myself witnessed two more guests upset with his approach.

Cozy stay in Gramado

This is a beautiful hotel, with a very intimate vibe. The service is outstanding, from the moment they receive you, to the checkout they are thoughtful and caring. And the breakfast is delicious!

Our stay in 249 Design Boutique Hotel

The hotel is brand new and very beautiful. The staff especially Mr. Umberto were very helpful during our stay. The room is comfortable and the bed is large and it is very good. The location is very good because it is close to the attractions but quiet.
