Family on vacation
We stayed in this space and we can talk to every property: make your reservation without fear, you will not regret!
From the reception, with attentive, helpful and always smiling professionals, to the restaurant staff, waitresses and other collaborators, we were treated with a lot of affection and dedication. It is hard to highlight anyone, because everyone contributed to make our stay special.
The menu deserves a chapter apart! Breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack and dinner are simply extraordinary. All very tasty, varied and prepared with obvious care and quality.
By the way, if you do not make a good walk during your stay, you will surely come home with a few extra pounds on the scale! But, frankly, it will be just a detail in the face of the incredible gastronomic experience you will have lived.
We leave here our sincere gratitude for the wonderful moments we spent in this place. These were days of rest, joy and welcome that will be kept with great affection in our memory.
With absolute certainty, we will be back!
As a suggestion, it would be interesting to offer, in the afternoon, hydrogynamics classes and other physical activities for guests, further expanding the leisure and wellness options.

Excellent cost-benefit!
We spent two nights in Matiz and we loved the experience! The standard room is simple, but serves very well.
Strengths:
- Feeding: Immaculate food with great variety (4 meals are included).
- Recreation: Amazing team! Aunt Cacau and Aunt Butterfly are perfect and make a difference.
- Cleaning: Everything impeccable in all spaces.
- Structure and Care: Great general infrastructure and perfect service from all employees without exception.
- Wellbeing: The massage (pay apart) is wonderful and well worth it.
Negative points:
- The hotel is in a more secluded location, away from commerce. For us it was no problem, as the idea was really to disconnect and everything we needed was available inside.
- The use of the football and beach tennis courts is restricted to recreation hours.
- The night was quite cold and the room had only a very fine blanket (there was no extra available). What saved was the air conditioning, which also has the function of heating, allowing us to sleep well.
Tips for the hotel:
- Add a ping-pong table.
- Provide one of the lakes for sport fishing.
- Increase the variety of items for sale in the emporium.
- Equip the toy school with more toys options.
- Offer a laundry space for guests.
- Improve access and track signage.

Amazing place, good service and nice staff! I would indicate to rest, relax, have good massage and enjoy the time. The food is well balanced and the service is good. A pleasant place specially if you want to get away from the routine

Muito muito bom.
Resort mto bom. Quartos simples, porem extremamente limpos e cheirosos. Ótima cama e ótimo chuveiro. Cafe da manha delicioso, almoço e jantar tbm mto bons. Frescos e de qualidade. Espaços de lazer mto bem cuidados. Boa piscina aauecida e tem tbm piscina externa mas não utilizamos pois estava mto frio. A ala de spa é maravilhosa, fizemos massagem e foi ótima! Adoramos!
Tem tbm quadra p beach tênis, lago, e mta área verde p caminhar. Local bem bonito e limpeza da área externa estava impecável. Adoramos o lugar e a comida. Valeu mto a pena nossa estadia lá.
