Installations without proper maintenance. Bad attention, no empathy or sympathy. Little contact with the guests.

Lack of empathy

We were now at a wedding in October at Pier 151, we observed the towels really very worn and the coffee from the manha with a 5 category, besides an empathy from the manager, when arriving in the week we noticed a lack of an item that was unfortunately not found later

*WOMEN WHO WILL GO TO ILHABELA TO ATTEND EVENTS - FRUSTRANTE EXPERIÊNCIE*

I stayed at Inn Náutilus, in Ilhabela, only because of the proximity to the wedding place of a great friend, which took place at Pier 151. The event started at 4:00 p.m., and I scheduled a makeup maker to go home to arrange at 2:30 p.m. directly at the Inn.
However, I was extremely negatively surprised when the hotel manager did NOT allow the entrance of the makeup machine, claiming that only guests can enter the bedrooms of the Inn. It was only 1:30 until the event, and I was completely desperate. I understand that every establishment should have rules, but I consider this prohibition completely disproportionate, since the makeup maker would not use the leisure facilities, such as the pool, and would only stay on site for about 20 minutes to do my service.
In addition, this practice of allowing make-up makers and hairdressers to go home is common in Ilhabela, a city focused on tourism and events, especially in the center, where the Inn is located, right in front of Pier 151 and the Yatch Club. The makeup maker herself informed me that she had already performed services at Inn Náutilus earlier, which left me even more surprised.
The manager's posture, of zero empathy, left me even more shocked in a moment of nervousness. Of course, rules are important, but dealing with the audience requires a minimum of flexibility and sensitivity, especially when there is an urgent situation that directly impacts the guest’s experience.
I leave here my comment to alert future customers, who may have scheduled or intend to schedule services such as makeup makers or hairdressers, so that they know that there is NO FLEXIBILITY in the rules, even in the face of urgent cases that can seriously harm the guest.
In view of this experience, I do not recommend the Inn Náutilus and will not return.
