Very good

Very good. Quiet and family atmosphere. Friendly and attentive. I loved the beach and the river. I recommend. Well located, clean and with a beautiful view of the sea. Simple and well maintained. Wonderful nature landscape, tranquility and peace for those who want leisure and rest.

Nice place, friendly staff, all ok

Nothing bad. They accept reservation via telephone and via whatzapp messages. Despite being a very small hotel, it is opened 24h. The room and the bathroom were clean. They let us leave the car just in front of our room. Great breakfast. They helped us with places to visit near there.
For the price we paid, it was a really good experience.

Frustrated carnival

I booked the pousada through a website and when I arrived there, the owner has given my apartment to someone else.
She said my credit card was denied, but the website said the reservation was ok.
I had to find someplace else. I don't recommend this place.

Great family-run place, just a little isolated

Please be aware that the map pin for this hotel is wrong - this is not in the town near the airport, it's about 7km South and will cost you a bit in cab fare. There are also no shops or ATMs in the area, so take everything you need with you (there are fridges in the room, breakfast is provided). On saying that, the family who run this place are lovely and did everything they could to make us feel welcome - even though we faced a language barrier as they speak no English. The hotel is great, with comfy but small beds. It's located very close to the beach which is lovely. This is a good place for some short term relaxation.

Péssimo atendimento

Fomos dia 01 de jan chegamos muito depois da hora prevista por conta do engarrafamento monstruoso na Ba001 em Ilhéus. O quarto que pegamos era com a garagem em baixo e quarto no 1o andar. O ambiente dentro é aconchegante. A televisão era minúscula e o espaço dentro do quarto mal dividido pois o banheiro era apertado e o quarto maior. Quando chegamos percebemos que o telefone para comunicação com a recepção estava quebrado e não havia sinal de telefone o que nos deixou meio que incomunicáveis naquela área. Não havia tomadas livres para uso. O sinal de internet da pousada era bem ruim. Tudo isso foi sinalizado ao gerente mas nada foi feito. O café da manhã era mal organizado e com pouca variedade. Nada de típico da região. Dos donos aos funcionários todos muito pouco profissionais e não sabiam/queriam orientar sobre nada. Só uma moça foi gentil e atenciosa conosco. É bem localizado em relação as praias mas fica a 12km do centro então prepare-se para o engarrafamento na alta temporada.
