Chocolate Heaven in a Hotel

If you love chocolate (or even if you don’t), this stay is heaven, from the chocolate tasting on arrival, cacao-inspired menu, views from the rooftop restaurant, lush grounds, and just the attention from the staff. Everyone is so on point, friendly, helpful, and truly out to make your stay the best it could possibly be. It was hard to trar myself away from this Itacare gem.
The room is also very cozy with a balcony, smart TV, and AC. The views of forest and ocean in the distance made this feel like a little tucked away treehouse.
Highly recommend!

The hotel is spectacular, super cosy, welcoming, the service is excellent, the structure very beautiful, would return other times without a doubt!!

The structure of the hotel is good, with a beautiful landscape and an amazing view to the sea in the rooms and restaurant.
The rooms are clean, but some points leave to be desired. Mattresses and bed linen deserve a renovation (lens with stain, mattress sinking in the middle). The bathroom of the garden suite has no exhaust.
The restaurant was with few options because it will be closed a while.
Positive highlight for Gonçalo, which serves the restaurant and bar and the good tips of the city.

Amazing stay

We were given a “upgrade” of the room, and we went to a more reserved at the bottom of the pool. The room was excellent, great showers, working air conditioning, and good WhatsApp service!
The restaurant NIBS is excellent, and the waiter Gonçalo served us very well. The breakfast girl too, from franjinha and tattoos on the leg was very attentive and asking. I can't remember her name :(
Overall, the hotel staff is wonderful! Rafael welcomed us the evening and also was very polite and concerned with tips and recommendations about the city.
Our only (unique even since the entire stay was note 1000) inconvenience was at the checkout. Hotel apparently empty during our stay, and at the checkout we were informed that there was no “Late Check Out” option.
Conclusion: we had to take a bath in the (open) shower of the pool... An inconvenience for the guest. This is the only point of improvement... would be a shower/toilet for the late check out. (We already use a bathroom / shower like this in other places and you mark time, are 10 min bath per person / couple.)
I highly recommend your stay at Hotel Chocolate Itacaré!
(I suggest organizing the schedules so you don't get without a bath)

Exceptional

The hotel is spectacular! The staff's service to the guests is splendid, the room, the hotel, the cafés and drinks are impeccable. Certainly, the hotel experience made the trip much more enjoyable.
