A very pleasant stay, with excellentcare, great location and cleanliness, having as the only negative point.

The host Fernando's reception was excellent, always attentive and helpful. The facilities are old but very well kept, clean and comfortable. The cleanliness of the place is also worth mentioning, being everything very well taken care of during the stay. The gas heating in the taps and in the shower worked very well. The location is a big difference: it is close to the waterfalls and the center, allowing you to do virtually anything with ease. Breakfast is also worth mentioning, with good variety and quality. The only negative point was the internet, which presented instability during the stay.

Family Travel

A wonderful place to rest and reconnect with nature. Sitio Itaúna is extremely clean, organized and very well taken care of, ideal for shutting off the routine and modernity.
The venue offers two waterfalls wells and an amazing natural pool. Delicious breakfast, full and very well served.
The host Nando and the entire staff are extremely attentive, friendly and helpful, making the experience even more special.
Another positive point is that the place is pet friendly — it is possible to take your pet, which is very well received, which makes all the difference for those who travel with pets.
The location is excellent, close to the waterfalls and the city center.
Very boal experience, super recommend and I will definitely come back!
Points to be improved but did not affect our experience:
More loungers in the pool.

Nature is enough

The place has a beautiful nature! With waterfall river inside the guesthouse. Simplicity with cleanliness and comfort!

Unpleasant surprise. Bucolic place but poor facilities

Bad surprise. The photos on the site do not match the location. Old room is dirty full of trays. The pool was dirty. Even the table to support the towels were dirty.

Tip of a hostel site in Penedo

If you like nature, this is your place. Sleeping and waking up with the noise of the waterfall has no price. The site is full of trees and lots of nature - feet on the grass!
Fernando, the manager, does everything to make your stay perfect from the reception to the day of the farewell. He is a sympathetic, great chat and always concerned about the well-being of the guests and their pets. The guesthouse is super pet friendly, without distinction of race, the pets have access to everywhere.
Breakfast is very well prepared, homemade cakes and a delicious canjica.
The cottage is large, with a balcony and net, has a little smell, but just leave windows and door open to the air circular.
If you like silence, nature and have no freshness, go see this place.
