Hotel with excellent structure, very good room service and a rich and varied breakfast. A difference is the friendly Bela, the robot that serves the guests and makes the experience even more fun.
As a negative point, the parking lot has few parking spaces, which can be a bit complicated for those who are driving.

One night in João Pessoa

We spent a day at the hotel during our trip to the RN and, overall, I really liked the experience.
The reception was very attentive and we were greeted with two drinks delivered by the robot waitress — I found the experience very interesting and already gave a different first impression. At the reception there was also flavored water and some quitutes available.
Our room was released before the scheduled time for check-in, which was great. The room is not very spacious and the view gave to a wall, with the noise of various air-conditioning motors. On the other hand, the bed was super comfortable and the bathroom, although small, was very clean and with new towels.
We tried to get to know the pool area, but we ended up taking the wrong elevator and gave up doing the last part of the way through the stairs, which was pretty dark. Even we couldn't be sure if that was really the way. The hotel has two elevators side by side: one reaches the pool area and the other does not. As a suggestion for improvement, it would be interesting to signal within the elevators which floors each of them meets. There was no information and we only noticed the difference when we went down the other elevator and saw that there was an extra floor, precisely that of the pool.
One point that could improve a lot is the restaurant at dinner. As we were tired, we chose to dine at the hotel itself, but the experience was below expected. The food was not good and the waiter didn't seem to be happy there, it wasn't even a little friendly.
The breakfast was a much more positive experience. The robot waiter runs through the lounge taking orders and picking up the dishes, always very friendly and attracting everyone's attention. It is a fun experience and that really creates a differential. At a very nice moment, he took a mini cake to a birthday guest while playing congratulations, which ended up rendering lots of videos and smiles around the lounge.
Overall, I liked the experience and found the proposal of the hotel interesting. Despite some points that can be enhanced, mainly at dinner and elevator signalling, I would definitely come back.

The dirt impers

The hotel experience was not good. The reception is very nice, but the rooms are old and the bathrooms very dirty. In particular, the bathroom box was clogged and, as we took a bath, the water dampened and weted the whole bathroom. Breakfast has little variety and the food is not fresh. The cake tray was full of micro ants. To complete, the room remained a day unarranged. The food trays from the day before were not picked up and the room smelled badly when we arrived from our tour. It looks good on the sites, but in reality it's terrible.

wonderful hotel

For me what matters is if the place is cozy and clean, and this hotel exceeds my expectations in that sense, after all it is all p-e-r-f-e-i-t-o!
Rooms:
Cozy room with a wonderful bathroom and an excellent shower, all very well cleaned and working perfectly.
Nearby activities:
famous restaurants, manaira beach, etc.
Security:
Excellent security
Facilities for walking:
very easy to walk in places, for example: the beach of manaira is two blocks in front of the hotel; the craft market is about 4/6 blocks from the hotel (it is in tambaú); there is a supermarket almost in front of the craft market; the mangai restaurant is a blocks in front of the hotel (the parking lot is in front of the hotel); there is a wonderful hamburger less than one blocks from the hotel, the name is hdo.
Food:
all wonderful at breakfast, having tapioca, various cakes, lots of fruits, paçoca, yogurt, hot dog, juices, among others (this all with a special emphasis on tapioca that is very good).
Important details:
you have to go to the tenth floor to see the view, it is perfect and you will not regret.
Highlights of the hotel:
Beautiful view, Quiet, Ideal for children, Good price, High technology, by the way the TV is very good, having news, cartoons, movies, etc.

HAPPY

There was an unexpected that our CVC travel agent from our city São José do Rio Preto -SP put me and a friend in a double bedroom apartment (unpleasant). Blonde attendant from the hotel reception did everything and together with the staff of maids we relocated in another apartment with 02 single beds as it should be. It was not a mistake of the hotel but the travel agency and still resolved and we were very happy. Marcos Turim and João Carlos
