Bad hotel
I got to the hotel receptionist nothing friendly put me in a room that when entering the air did not freeze, that the dryer was taken for maintenance...I went to use the phone to call in the reception and the same did not work. I spoke on WhatsApp and they only attend business hours. How can you not answer if there are people at the reception, he couldn't answer? Sheets with stain, bad mattress, which resulted in a bad night's sleep. Bad-smelling towels like the salty Baconzitos, and stained.
I opened the closet to put on shirts.
The impression is that the room had not been cleaned to receive guests.
I requested room change and the air worked but the control did not allow to change the temperature because it was battery-free or with problems. Bad hotel... breakfast

Stained pillowcases. I requested more to put over the existing cases so at least I knew they were clean, but they were still old and stained. Dirty, smelly, disgusting minibar that was impossible to use. Luckily you can't smell it in the photo. No hand soap in the bathroom, only shampoo in the shower. I didn't sleep well while worrying about the dirty condition of the room.
The majority of the guests seemed to be trades people and workers. Nobody knocked to offer to service the room so I had to take my rubbish to the staff member. I complained about the minibar. I then decided that I could not stay here so I checked out after 2 nights and forfeited the remaining 2 pre-paid nights in favour of moving to a much nicer hotel.
I calmly explained my decision to the reception staff who told me that it was non-refundable but they could offer me a room change - I imagine all of the rooms are dirty - or a credit note - why would I ever come back here? Someone who I assumed was the manager was hiding out of sight in the office, but he never made an appearance. He only spoke to the receptionist to tell her what to say but did not speak to me in person. In other words, there's nothing we're prepared to do. It's non-refundable. Their attitude was disgusting, just like their minibar.
If you want to stay in Cabo Branco, the Icon hotel next door looks much nicer, and there's an Ibis next to that. Nicer and cleaner hotels do exist, and probably with better customer service.

A sad, rundown, and depressing place that is lacking love and attention.
I stayed here in 2022 and remember finding it a simple but comfortable hotel. I decided to return this trip but was extremely disappointed.
The positives; great location in front of the beach. Free underground parking.

Does not justify the stars pq is under 3 stars
The hotel is simple but people cannot confuse simplicity with lack of care. Old stained sheets, towels and face and bathroom encased room mofado phone does not work Wi-Fi is bad the only positive point is the breakfast, simple but serves well.
Denise is super attentive and the boys from the kitchen tb.
In short: I would never stay there again because it is bad for the price you pay.

Bad experience, poor service.
I complained that the phone from my room was not working and the receptionist took no initiative to resolve. The check-out after the agreed time cost 20% of my stay. Dirty environment. Good breakfast and good location.
