In the historic center, close to all services, professional service. The owner Alana very available .timo breakfast. I will be back for sure!

Get out of the trap! One of the worst tourism experiences
I arrived yesterday to sheets after a long trip and went in the evening to the inn natives. To my surprise, absurdly the guesthouse was closed, no staff, dark. I tried several contact modes and was not taken care of. In the next guesthouse, they confirmed the high number of complaints in the same direction and this disrespectful behavior with the clientele. I picked up a phone call from owner Vitor who was pretty rude and flattered with me. I had a huge difficulty in finding another room for me, wife and daughters already at night and meeting with very high price (since I had no reservation as I had in the inn natives). The guests in the guesthouse, after seeing after a few moments, had the key to the guesthouse but no qq care. I do not recommend in any way the hiring of this place. To make it worse, we're still having a booking cancellation return. Run away from this hostel and see that there are many complaints about it

Inn with the energy of Lençóis.
My stay was great. The Inn is very well located, a light and good walk to the center of Lençóis and is about 15min from the bus station. There's a pretty animated playground nearby as well.
The breakfast is simple but a delight, well prepared and with a lot of zeal. The cakes and the cuscuz are wonderful.
The room was exactly like the pictures. Clean, pleasant and quiet. The staff at the Inn is dedicated and attentive. Certainly, on a new visit to the city, return to the Inn.

Bad experience
Two things are valid, location and breakfast, apart from this, really a bad experience. We arrived at 13:05h, with the check-in to be carried out at 14h and we did not have the minimum of receptivity, on the contrary, a delay in responses at a distance, of employees who did not even move to talk to us. The initial answers were given by a couple of guests who were on site. Our things were kept by the neighboring Inn, where friends were, so we could have lunch. Courtesy offered by local staff after they learned how we were treated on arrival at our Inn.
When we were able to check in, we were placed in a room on the ground floor, which despite being toodubble, was prepared for only one person. We had to keep ordering towels, sheets, blankets, hand soap... which we obtained with difficulty and with a lot of insistence, because they claimed not to be available because there had been a problem in the laundry neighborhood.
Room with many mould spots, lacking in cleaning and without sealing. We woke up before 6:00 with the kitchen staff with loud and laughing conversations as they arrived and were working. Even hammerings occurred before 7:00!
Difficult to find the receptionists, especially the morning, which rendered us a shame, because with all the stress of arrival, the payment was agreed the next morning (they demand the payment of the rest of the amount at check-in and not at check-out), but despite the time we spent in the cafe and until we left for the tour, we did not find the receptionist and we left to pay at the return, so as not to be late anymore. When I came back at night, the afternoon was not there either. We left to pay when we were going out for dinner, but we were surprised by the embarrassment of the receptionist sending a message by a friend who went to call us, not to leave without talking to the employee, who was looking for us! Surreal!
They say they accept cards, but they actually require payment in pix. Both the Reservation amount and the rest, which is charged at check-in.
At the exit the employee did not succeed in issuing the check-out receipt, with nothing stated and wanted to deliver us Impression of the pix receipt we gave her. I had to print the screen and print, to avoid future problems, as we heard from our room, with guests at the reception fighting over being charged again.
The rooms on the ground floor are terrible, as all the confusion with guests in the reception, conversations of employees and other noises of the place go through the lack of sealing, preventing any possibility of rest.

Cozy guesthouse with very good service.
Very regional and delicious breakfast. It's worth the cost benefit. Very good for couples or small group trips. The inn is very close to the center and you can see almost everything on foot. It's very peaceful.
