Definitely a great place for family

Food was the best! Everyday a different menu, especially for the meats and salads. Dessert quite similar every meal. Rooms get long time to be cleaned but they can do it by evening. I lost my baby's milk bottle and my sister lost her daughter's glasses and they found them both and kept well to give is back on the following day. Crib and baby bathtub was also provided. Not so many activities for children at 2 and 3 years but for over 4 the kid's monitors can be very helpful.

Thermal water good for the third age but not all third age are necessarily hearing impaired!!

Thermal waters are delicious. But the hotel and equipments are old and need an urgent upgrade. Service is courteous.
However beware of the music. It is blasting loud to the point it is a nuisance. One can't hold a conversation at the pool during a barbecue because of the loud samba. Ditto to the music at night which echoes along the corridors. The hotel would do well measuring the noise level and holding it to a certain limit.

Lovely place but food is nothing special.

We visited for just 1 day whilst visiting my wife family in Brazil. Would have liked to have stayed f or longer but its very very expensive and being British we can get better deals elsewhere in Europe so could not really justify a multiple night stay.
But as far as this location in Brazil goes, it's the nicest place we have stayed in Brazil for families. Its very safe, lots to do, clean and food is good enough.
Also the staff all seemed very friendly and helpful. And provided cots buggies and special food for babies all free of charge.
