Good place in Lorena

Good location. A little dated building, nice airco, comfy, good balconies. The staff are extremely friendly. They have a pool but I did not use due to bad weather
No negative points to mention at all.

Avoid if possible

The daily rate charged is not valid. Old and deteriorated facilities. Stay at the ibis that is more worthwhile. The only good thing is the location.

Hotel needs urgent revitalization.

I stayed one night at the hotel, for the fourth time to take a test in the city. It was my only option for a hotel with a quadruple room. Last time, the air conditioning didn't work and it was very hot in the city. After complaining, a technician was sent to detect that the problem was excessive dirt in the air conditioning filter. The filter was cleaned, but the air still did not cool. The facilities are old and need urgent revitalization. Towels, bed linen and curtains are very old. The service of the staff is the strong point, as they are very attentive.

The hotel needs urgent revitalization. In our room, the balcony door was loose, the curtain was torn... the furniture is very old. The covers must be 30 years old or more...
Other than that, it's quiet, and we can at least rest for one night, which was the period we stayed there.

Bem fraquinho!

Quarto razoável com um bom ar condicionado! O hotel é bastante antigo e com áreas desgatadas! A noite, bem tarde, não havia água quente, tivemos que tomar banho frio!
O pior foi o café da manhã, fraquíssimo, café morno, suco de laranja batisado, mais água que suco! Poucas opções de pães ,frios e bolos.
