Perfect, I'll go again for sure, impeccable service best impossible

Note 5, very cozy especially for those who have children, my daughter loved, not counting on a great support of the guesthouse, a place of leisure even if you want to rest and enjoy every second I highly recommend

I am here to formalize my complaint regarding the non-refund of the cancelled days at Pousada Al Mare.
I made a reservation for December, which was cancelled within the deadline, but until now I have not received the refund of the amount paid. At the time of booking, I was not clearly informed of any non-refund policy, which is contrary to the right to information under the Consumer Protection Code.
I have already tried to resolve the situation in a friendly way, but I have not obtained a return or a satisfactory solution. In view of this, I urgently request the full refund of the amount paid, in accordance with my rights as a consumer.

Chalé Al maré em Luiz Corrêa Piauí

Good location in relation to the beach of Barro Preto, hostel in front of the beach. Good accommodation. The chalet by the format my impression of being a little tight for family of more than 3 people. Near restaurants about 25 min from the centre of Parnaíba. Beach well clean see visit period due to living water that you can have in the sea water.
