Cleaning and care.

On the first day I arrived at night I went to take a shower and simply the shower was burned, I communicated the employee of the guesthouse and he went to the room and verified that it was really burned, instead of changing the room, he said that he would not get to arrange that day and that the other day it would already be arranged, and guess? Me and my honeymoon husband, tired of hours of travel we took a cold bath!!! The towel with other people's hair, some super thick dark hair, sheets with stains. Not recommended for trouble and little case...

Excellent service, varied breakfast and good cuisine. Super organized place. But there were two situations where I felt super unpleasant with the place. The first was that Manager and receptionist opened the door of my room picking me super unconscious and leaving me in tremendous embarrassment. Motive of the entrance claimed that he was going to take a bed where he was in the room and move to another place, They knocked on the door twice and I asked for identification, without answering opened the door without my permission taking me unconscious, I found it absurd. And as an “apology” they gave me only words to minimize the amount of embarrassment that literally justified nothing. Second situation, I paid for an extra towel, but when paying NONE informed me that I would only have to stay 24 hours with her in the room. They expect me to leave the room to enter without my permission and take it without my permission. Upon returning to the site, I realized that someone had entered my room and moved into my things, I confirmed with the manager and she herself confirmed me that she would have entered and picked up. The correct thing would be to pass the appropriate information to the guests and not enter the rooms without permission and mess in something without permission. I found staff communication to guests with many flaws. Outside of that, the location is very good close to a lot of commerce, including the shore, but it is not seafront.

For those who prefer local tourism

We have just one night in Maceio, unfortunately. We enjoyed every moment on the beach. The beach is of Brazilian locals and vacationers, suitable for those who prefer the style. There is a grocery near the hotel and restaurants and Acai Concept near. The room is large facing the patio - and window on the other side, the shower is excellent, clean, very rich and very Brazilian breakfast, Wifi fine. Br 125 per night.

A pousada tem uma boa localização, uma distâcia pequena da roda gigante, tem farmácia perto, mercadinho, funcionárias muito prestativas, os quartos foram limpos todos os dias, bom custo benefício, café da manhã variado, com opções de frutas e cardápio diferente de um dia para o outro, tem piscina e academia, mas não usei, ficaria ali novamente em uma outra oportunidade
