Good stay in Manaus

For those who want to visit the industrial center of the Free Zone of Manaus, this hotel has a good location, rooms and very good services!!!

Hotel degraded and taken by mold.

Much below the standard of Novotel, in this unit everything is bad: the service, the customer service and, most importantly, the rooms. In addition to being dated and degraded, the environments are taken by mold. We know that Manaus is a wet city, but there are several ways, including in these climatic conditions, that avoid mold.
What happens at Novotel Manaus is a complete disregard for hygiene and respect for guests. Nevertheless, the hotel fails seriously in serving the most loyal customers. As an ALL Platinum customer, I didn’t feel even a little appreciated, especially when, after arriving in the room, I noticed that besides the mold there was also a leak in the bathroom water pipe.
Hope this honest review will help other travelers in choosing your next hotel.

Expensive and unsecured!

The place is relatively away from the main points of Manaus. I went to the feijoada at a birthday event and the friso of my vehicle was stolen in the parking lot! Expensive and unsecured!

Poor hotel

Poor service, would stay 25 nights, but the poor service and the horrible form of payment made me stay only one night for never again.
