TThe area surrounding the hotel is quite dirty and filled with homeless people, making me feel unsafe. Dining at the hotel's three-part restaurant, I was charged 9 reais for a cup of hot water, which is ridiculous. However, the rooms are okay. I would not choose to stay here again. But it's suitable for a short trip.

Parking was complicated as it was only one way, and you need to give your car keys to the maintenance person.
The hotel room had an infiltration that made the floor around the window wet.
The reception did not have a computer for guest or hardware example (mouse, charger) that the guest could use in case of an work emergency, for the price of the stay, it’s a very easy fix for them.
The wifi did not work for most of the time there.
THE RESTAURANT WAS AMAZING!!!!
Breakfast was so vast, and the place looked so tropical and welcomed, I would come back just to have breakfast and lunch over there.

Room was fine. AC was good. Breakfast was acceptable, though not as much variety as I expected. The bathroom in the room was very small. Shower was spacious, sink was ok, but everything was on top of one another
