Great hotel

Everything perfect from the arrival to the end. The rooms, the structure, meals and especially the area of the pools with the uncles squirrel, biscoito, moon Malu

Night before the return flight

I went with a friend for one night to be closer to the Natal airport. The check-in seemed very slow to me. The room smelled like mildew and the second bed was uncomfortable. When we asked if we could have dinner near the hotel, they told us no, and later we realized that there were several restaurants. We ate a fixed menu in the dining room and they served us very well. The hotel is quite large and you could hear noises from people in the hallways. We chose it because it was recommended as being close to the airport, but it is almost an hour's drive away.

Holidays in Christmas

Very good service, reception staff and daily cleaning of the rooms always helpful. At the exit I ended up forgetting a bag at the hotel and the staff was very attentive in sending.

Frustrating

By the photos of the rooms available on the internet, frustrates a bit live, however, although the room is not beautiful, absolutely everything was functional. TV, air conditioning, fridge bar, bed, shower, everything was 100%.
Unfortunately I had some inconvenience. I do not recommend rooms near the enterprise pool to guests who desire rest and silence. Hotels that provide loud sound and alcoholic beverages in leisure areas will fatally bring a lot of inconvenience to guests looking for rest. I stayed in a room near the pool, and from there happened everything, loud sound, screaming, drunken and poorly educated guests, children screaming and running through the hallways of the hotel, finally, the recipe that seizes their peace.
The location of the hotel is nice, there are restaurants and snacks nearby. The breakfast is quite satisfying, I liked it a lot.
