I loved the Inn! The staff are attentive, friendly and give great tips about the city and the surroundings. It is simple but super cozy and you feel at home. Breakfast is served at 7:00, but there is the possibility of being served a little earlier (some items) if there is a need to have coffee earlier (which happened cmg and I had no problems). The room I stayed was great, we had a leak problem that was quickly solved, sheets and towels clean and room clean. In addition, it has an area to put bathrobes to dry what I found the most, hardly accommodations has this, and has an area with microwave if you need to heat something or prepare something (collective cuisine), because there is no restaurant service. Super recommend and will definitely come back, the location is great and the service excellent!

Low clergy hotel

Upon arriving at the hotel, I was informed that the reservation was canceled because an email was not answered and the phone was not answered. It turns out that the call was made while we were in transit, and the hotel "forgot" to cancel the reservation also in booking, but suggested that the booking cancellation policy be read. The receptionist was rude and very rude, he interrupted the dialogue several times and raised his voice on at least two occasions.

It's the third time I've stayed there and I'm on a trip scheduled for Christmas and I'm sad because there's no space for December but on the date of my trip, but I love it, it's there for me and as if I were at home, all the people there are wonderful .

Terrível - Barato sai caro.

Estive em Natal e em seguida seguiria viagem para Macéio, e por ser apenas UMA noite imaginei que o custo benefício seria excelente. No entanto, infelizmente, não vale a pena! Foi impossível dormir no quarto, era mofo nas paredes, e nas roupas de cama que além de mofadas são muito gastas, exista aranha na parede e este quarto, de frente para piscina contava apenas com uma janela (não sei se podemos chamar de janela) que dava para uma escada. A segunda janela que aparece na foto não abre, são blocos de vidro concretados. As toalhas e roupas de cama são muito gastas e chegam a estar finas por isso. Lamento muito por fazer essa avaliação, mas infelizmente, cheguei à Pousada por meio dessas avaliações positivas que outros usuários escreveram e que na minha estadia não fizeram sentido NENHUM. Me senti enganada. Acho impossível esta pousada possuir a nota que possui. Tenho consciência que semanas antes a cidade passou por fortes chuvas, porém, que os donos avaliassem os estragos nos quartos ao invés de ofertar quartos nessas condições aos hóspedes. De ponto positivo destaco a localização e o café da manhã.
