Total disappointment with the Land of the Sun

Unfortunately, my experience at Pousada Terra do Sol was extremely negative. Since the arrival, we were hostilely received by the receptionist, who at no time showed cordiality or professionalism. To make it worse, he wrongly accused us of being under the effect of alcohol, when in fact none of us had consumed alcohol at the time. The only person in the group who drank did it on the beach, the next day, already outside the guesthouse.
We put an ambient sound in low volume, as was informed that it would be allowed. We left the room around 6:00 p.m. and until then, no one had told us that we were bothering, which caught us astonished by the aggressive posture of the receptionist.
The care was the worst I've ever received in any lodging. The structure of the venue also left to be desired, completing a frustrating experience. I do not recommend the hostel which was, without a doubt, the worst place I have ever been.

Best value for money

The inn is very simple, but everything is very clean. The breakfast is honest, with freshly made tapioca (delicious). The couscous is also very good. Homemade cupcakes, natural juices, cookies, Romeo and Juliet minis.
The location is perfect, in the middle of the city. Access to the beach can be done via stairs (53 steps) and exit through a store full of gifts.
We stayed in a room for 3 people with a sea view.
The bathroom in the room is a little uncomfortable as it has 2 irregular steps.

First-class service

The best service we've seen so far! Very polite and helpful staff, the inn is very well located and has a satisfactory breakfast, the room with a view really has a beautiful view. Makes me want to come back!!
