Excellent location

Top, excellent location, very attentive reception, exceptional breakfast, very quiet, organized, impeccable cleanliness, excellent location for those going by car or even by bus, as it is close to the bus station. We'll be back.

Bad experience

Small room and no place to hang clothes. The worst of tudoooo is that it says it serves breakfast and has only hard cheese bread and coffee machine. Little truth. I don't indicate everaaa. Works from the reception of the night is note a thousand. I felt hurt with breakfast.

Bad and disrespectful!

We had bad experience in this guesthouse. They were in repair while staying, so the discomfort with stoner passing with cement, pavement with work and the worst of all the noise! Absurd! Lack of respect for guests! I complained with employee q said q would have q to talk to owner, I sent msg and the owner did not ask p stop the noise and nothing, only justified q was in another block the reform. Independent d block is the same guesthouse, the noise I ate all day inside our room d hammered on the wall. Very lack of professional ethics. In addition to the horrible smell q turned from the bathroom, bed very old and bad and for being in front of the highway the noise d out tbm p who does not like is 24h.
Traumatizing experience with this pensioned hostel. Close the hostel if you're in retirement! Respect the customers!

The guesthouse is 3 minutes' walk from the bus station. Well located with pharmacy and a pertinho hortfruti. In front of a gas station. Clean guesthouse, with polite attendants and good breakfast with varieties. Good cma and bathing clothes. There's a work desk in the room. To Tiradentes Square are about 15 minutes walk. It is near the entrance of the Horto Park of Contes. We stayed in the front room with balcony and there are noises from the street, I suggest that those who stay, choose a backroom to have more silence.

Needs maintenance

The location is good, there is parking and you can walk to the center and the main attractions. The staff are very polite and caring. However, the rooms clearly need maintenance. The bathroom gets with an unbearable odor that comes from the rals. In addition, there is a lack of minimum acoustic insulation.
