Amazing place!!!

The location of the place (close to the historical center/ main bus station/ beach) gave us the chance to fully explore and appreciate Paraty. The place is super clean and the breakfast is one of the most tasty and fantastic one I have ever tasted! Everything cooked at the moment. The staff, Beatriz and Jose are very friendly and helped us so much. Definitely made our stay in Parary more exciting 1000% recommended!!!

A charming environment

The Pousada Aurora have a charming rustic environment; Have friendly staffs that always are there to serve and help you in whatever you need; Good location and a deliciousand complete breakfast every morning if You go to Paraty-Rj , Pousada Aurora is your place to stay - Awesome place for a good price.

OK hotel located a bit far from the center of Paraty

OK hotel located a bit far from the center of Paraty. Basic breakfast without too many options, but the fresh pressed juices were good. The breakfast opens late at 8 am, a bit annoying if you want to catch an early bus to Rio or Angra. The bathroom smelled like a sewer and there were plenty of bugs at night. Thin walls so you'll hear the next door neighbors. Really cold rooms in June. Next time in Paraty I'd stay closer to the historic center.

Nice place

It's a very nice place, clean, silent, near the beach, great staff and good breakfast.
I really enjoyed my time here and I would certainly come back. There's a swimming pool too but with all those beautiful beaches in Paraty, it's difficult to use it.

Nice pousada with character and beautiful grounds

This pousada is not in the heart of the historical center of Paraty, but it really isn't that hard to get down to the center from it. The rooms are very clean and spacious. We got a room with a jetted tub, which was nice, but looked like it needed a touch more maintenance. The grounds and pool were excellently kept, but unfortunately the constant harassment of mosquitos kept us from taking full advantage of the beautiful surroundings. The hardwood construction of the pousada was another nice touch.
